Just wanted to let you know, towels should be replaced. They’re so rough (like sandpaper) they actually made my husbands skin bleed when he dried himself. We are in our 40’s so not a thin skin issue they’re just rough. Only other opinion would be more pillows as they are flat. Parking should be included or at least allow to park yourself and not pay $45 a day.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Rooftop bar was nice - even had a DJ! Breakfast was good. Loved the convenience of all the shops/restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely come back!

Friendly staff. Easy access to river street. Currently the surrounding area is under construction; however they’ve done a great job so far!

Very stay clean rooms. Relaxed on the roof top music , pool , bar .. friendly staff.. it’s in walking distance to nice dinning. Shopping.hot breakfast is served. Will stay again . Please keep up the good work.

Very narrow entrance to get in some construction

First off the staff here is amazing! We stayed in a river view suite, the river was actually beyond a sizable parking lot. There is substantial construction around the hotel. You have 2 parking options valet @ $45/day or an off site parking garage @ the cost of $25 everytime your vehicle departs. You are also responsible for getting your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel if you choose off site. They offer a 24/7 always stocked coffee bar witch was amazing! They also serve breakfast, go early or you get whats left. The breakfast was ok, flavor was bland on the saugage and eggs but they had a wide variety of choices. The staff was so exceptional that I'd almost go back just for the hospitality but the parking and construction is so awful i would have to really think about it. Your literally blocking an entire street (one lane due to construction) just to get into the hotel to register.

Great location. Beautiful facility. Walking distance to all attractions in the area. BUT….. We had a suite and disappointed we didn’t have dish soap, sponge, paper towels, 1or 2 dishwasher pods or an extra trash bag to get us started. No dish towel. Needed to drive to get to nearest grocery or convenience store and we didn’t have a car.

I loved it but since this stay I was on the 3rd floor. The noise coming from the street kept me awake at night.

Love the breakfast and the wine and cheese get together.. They were so generous with everything and they have a pool and live music in the roof top Close to every thing

Unfortunately we arrived far later than expected, to tired to go out and enjoy Savannah historic riverfront area. However we found the hotel roof top bar and had a wonderful relaxing evening with drinks, dinner, live music and a gorgeous view!

Loved our whole stay and experience. Would come back for sure.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel itself was immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, TJ even waived an early check-in fee.

I appreciated all the helpful staff including valet. Nice vibe at this location and I truly enjoyed the rooftop bar. My only suggestion is when a gueat asks for a cart for luggage to checkout, it should be brought up to the room instead of saying come get it yourself.
