We enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel are nice and helpful. The AC in our room was leaking I tiold the front desk and immediately they assigned another room, they even moved our lugagge. The breakfast was good, you also get coffee and tea in your Kcup maker in your room. They also have coffee and tea 24/7 at the lobby, fresh ground coffee. It was a short 20 mn drive to Seattle main attractions. The rooms and areas were very clean. No complaints.There is a pancacke house next to the hotel which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, we ate here on the first night we arrived, the food was really good made to order, they even offered us a 15% off when we told them we were going to check in at the Redmond and gave us 3 more coupons for our stay. We loved it and would stay here again.

Reasonably priced motel with comfy beds. Room was a bit drab and A/C had a bit of an odor Ed that was bothering one person in our group with asthma. Desk staff very nice. 24 hour coffee machine in lobby. Breakfast room crowded; food ok (boiled eggs, bagels, waffles); they actually closed about 5 minutes early one day; person working there not very pleasant. We were on the top floor based on reviews so the only noise we heard were the construction trucks backing up in the AM.

Its an older but nice/quiet property and conveniently located. A good value compared to the more expensive hotels in the Seattle area. There is a pancake house that is almost directly on the property (that has delicious food!) and a few other restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were a little larger than an average hotel room with a mini fridge and sink. They also have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes lattes/cappucinnos etc.

**Hotel Review: Convenient Location but Some Drawbacks** We chose this hotel based on its high ratings and the convenience of visiting Seattle using public transportation. The location is indeed great for visiting Redmond and the Microsoft campus. However, we found the hotel to be a bit outdated. The windows were poorly insulated, allowing us to hear nearby construction and traffic noise clearly. Another downside was the smell from the garbage containers on the premises, which made sitting on the terrace by the pool unpleasant. Additionally, the bus ride to Seattle took about an hour, but this should improve next year when the light rail station next to the hotel opens. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, offering plenty of fresh fruit. One more small negative is that the hotel has yet to respond to an email we sent them.
