Room was clean and comfortable. Balcony was uninviting with 2 chairs not in very good condition.
Beach was great with lovely sand and the breakers meant it was ol for swimming.
Most of the reception staff were welcoming but other staff in cafes in the hotel and grounds were not very friendly making the event not a pleasurable experience.

We enjoyed doing shuffle board after diner and volleyball competitions in the main pool. I believe the Marriott vacation club owners were treated differently and given more information. Found out about free shuttle to sargassum less beach, activities, sports equipment from other guests who were part of vacation club. The beach was on atlantic so not the blue one would expect from caribbean island, plus lots of sargassum(seaweed). Rooms were nice but definitely needed updating. Staff were super friendly and helpful, so was everyone on the island. Food at cafe and sushi bar was good, Fire steak house not so much. Property grounds were very well kept. Wish they had one pool that was deeper but they were good size so never felt crowded. Loved the island but would stay somewhere else next time just because I love the caribbean beaches and this resort didn’t have the type of beach I look for when traveling to the caribbean.

It was an average hotel. The rooms are okay, dated but spacious. There was a half full smoothy on the counter when we first arrived to our room on check-in day. I wasn't a fan of the location of our room and the open air concept just meant it was hot walking to/from the elevator. The furniture in the lobby areas was adequate - again, dated. The staff was helpful but not what I would call friendly. The woman working in the pizza place that everyone raves about was borderline rude, but the food was okay (son loved it). The pool was nice. The beachfront was okay.
All in all, it was a good trip but I would not return to St Kitts. If I did, I would select a different hotel next time to see if it is better.

The resort is old and needs updating. The ac in the room is very loud. The beach are is covered with seaweed. If you want to swim in the ocean you have to wade through the seaweed on the beach and the water. The pool water is hot. The employees for the most part are very nice. Cabs take you everywhere. Prices change daily so bring some cash. Starts at $20 and goes up. From the airport to the resort was $22 plus tip. From the resort to the airport was $25 plus tip.

The staff is super friendly the only thing that was a bit slow was the food , but even with that the staff was so good and friendly we didn’t mind waiting. Our child was free Without all inclusive and we didn’t come to expending closed to one person paying for all inclusive so save your money and just pay as you go.

Drawback is the cost of food which is pretty unreasonable, but a short walk away can find local eatery for much less cost, and quality just as good. Most hotel guest will go to nearby market to buy 12 pack sodas cheap

We moved to this part of the property for the last night of our stay (from the Beach Club which was excellent). The space was large for a one bedroom suite, but the bedroom was infested with ants. The management came and sprayed, which killed most but not all of the ants, and we slept in the room with the smell of ant spray. Not ideal, and the pretty didn't offer us any refunds or coupons to make up for the inconvenience.
