It was comfy but there’s no bottled water free just coffee and tea.

Amazing! Right from the checkin until check out! Pool was slightly cool, but super spacious rooms really rocked!

We had a wonderful stay, staff are friendly , Hotel room is just perfect for family and Hotel is highly recommended. Definitely come back for our next family vacation.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls itself. Within walking distance to plenty of dining and entertainment. The pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was not included but was available in the hotel lobby. You could have the buffet or order off the menu. It was nothing spectacular and could have been cheaper for what it was. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very clean. The rest of the room was clean and in fairly good condition, with the exception of our heater/air conditioner. It worked alright but was kind of falling apart. The thermostat cover had to be removed to access the switch to put the fan on auto. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only issue was a knocking sound I could hear periodically throughout the night that may have been loose pipes in the walls. Overall, I found this hotel to be a good value, especially being so close to all the attractions.

The entire process from check in to check out was done with utter precision. Almost like a pit stop in an F1 car race. The staff were all friendly and courteous. Our room was pristine and spacious, so that’s the one i will request on my next trip.
