The place we stayed at was super nice and great location. My only complaint was something bite me in the middle of the night and made my foot swell up like a Easter Ham! I couldn’t walk the next day. Excellent location next to the tube but the sleeping part needs an upgrade. Loud airco from the other building and facing a terrace very noisy during weekend. Matraces very used

I accidentally booked the no cancellation. Then, I read a lot of bad reviews about Old Town Square Premium right after I booked this apartment. I got worried when I read that they ask for deposit before your stay and would not return the deposit when you check out. All the bad reviews I read where not true. I booked for a pick up ride from the railway to the main building. Old Town Premium Square gave us their cell no so I could contact them via WhatsApp. They reply instantly everytime I have a query. The apartment we got was right across the Old Town Square. It was centrally located and the sIze of the apartment was huge. The beds were very comfortable. There were no shampoo, conditioner (there was soap ) but we were informed about it prior to our stay. We were also given a recommended list of restaurants, where to change your money to their currency, and the map. We tried some of the restos and they were really good. Beware of the money changer. Rates should be 24-25. If you changed your money at a low rate, you still have 3 hours to return it back. Regarding the deposit, if you check out in the main building, they will return it back to you. Since we did not want to go to the main building anymore, the cleaner met us on our check out date and time and brought the deposit to the apartment. I asked for pick up at the apartment to the airport and the driver picked us up at the designated time and place.

he apartment was excellent, spacious, immaculate, newly remodeled to modern design, has everything you need to stay , beds were comfortable and clean , it’s in the middle of the old town

perfect location , very clean and secure. the only problem is if you go in the summer. There is no air conditioning and the fans are not enough.

The apartment was beautiful spacious with great amenities. The beds were comfortable and having hot water for all of our baths or showers was wonderful. It made her experience in Prague even better. Location was also wonderful

I was shocked at the conditions here. The hotel looked as if it at bombed. Nobody who stayed here ever commented or posted pictures- how is this possible?? The apartment was a ways walk away from the check in that was hard to find, we were emailed after the booking that it was separate. After dragging bags 10 min across the square we had to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. No lift, the condition of the hallway was crazy bad- concrete dust everywhere. It seemed to be under construction- in the back there was scaffolding with men working. The windows were broke and anyone could enter and we didn’t feel safe. There was no working light in the hallway when we left at 4:30 am.

The kitchen was on the other side of the apartment near the bedrooms. It was beautifully redecorates and held all of us 5. We also rented the apartment upstairs that was not as nice and we didn’t need it and were not told this in advance. We had to haul our luggage clear across the square and back to get the key, about half an hour and then had to do it for check out while they went and checked the apartments to give us back our cash deposit. They should have someone meet you st the apartment with a key and then come get it. You had to pay extra to use the air conditioner even though there were no windows in the middle bedroom. Overall, a clean apartment in a great location but very poor customer service and convenience. I would not stay here again.

Excellent location and well equipped roomy place. Beds are comfortable 2 mins walk from Old town square Reception is located somewhere else with no lift access, so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage looking to store before checking in and after checking out. Service and communication was appalling, receptionist was extremely rude Other than that, the apartment was great

Apartment M6B could not have been in a better location. It was beautifully decorated, warm and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a scam. We booked accomodation in prime location and at a premium cost, but they placed us far from original location and this appartment was not worth the premium. Very disapointing and would like to warn others against it.

Apartments were nice and well located. Clean and tidy. Able to pay when we arrived which was great! Reception available 24 hours which is very handy.
