We had the river spa room. It was lovely we had a balcony to watch the river flow by. We saw dolphins boats yachts jet skis trawlers lots of bird life, it was never dull.

Great place lots of action around the area. Room was aweso.e huge soaking jacuzzi tub. Hayley who checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area

I’ve been staying at the Ramada in Ballina for years, and always loved it.
Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good this time. The other rooms close by were very noisy, the bed very hard and uncomfortable, and the room felt much smaller than the others I’ve stayed in there.
I can highly recommend the pizza and pasta from La Cucina di Vino underneath the building and Belle General in East Ballina.
If you’re lucky you’ll be able to see dolphins at the mouth of the river

The staff here are all excellent at their jobs super helpful and professional. Bit of a bug issue at the moment that the staff did their best to fix (moths everywhere making it impossible to go onto the balcony) but otherwise another incredible stay. Our second time at this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed for dining in and we were close to all the great places in town for eating out.
This is our go to place to stay when we are in Ballina.

I gave 3 stars for check-in as they wanted another $200 to hold. That's fine but couldn't tap the phone so had to find an ATM. No help on that btw.
Overall rating was higher as we had an awesome dinner and the room was super quiet until the tradies started work outside our room at 7am

Hotel was nice enough for the price. Staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel offers a variety of beaches and restaurants, however, i felt a little unsafe once it got dark. There is a lot of funky characters around.
