I had to switch rooms 3 times!! All were roach infested!!! To add insult to injury, after night #1 of 3; the property manager tried to kick my lady, & myself out!! She claimed that my reservation didn't show in the system, & that we were in the wrong room!! Once it was all straightened out; she offered no apology, & maintained her combative posture. I requested a microwave, & denied. Reason: room only had 1 bed. Later that night; a microwave was delivered right next door to me. A room with only 1 bed. However; there was a beacon of light throughout this ordeal. Big ups to Sandy for treating us like she really cared. Sac Code Enforcement & the Health Dept would have a field day with this place!!

No microwave, if you have food items to heat up you must walk up to the snack bar by the office, not good. Some of the guest was questionable. There were guest working on their car. If you absolutely have no other choice of Hotel\Motel make this your last choice. My opinion this Motel is beautiful on the outside but once on the inside not so good.

The motel was gated and felt safe. The surrounding area is in decline from when I lived here years ago. Nice room and bed.

The room was way too small for 2 beds, it stunk. The air conditioner made noise all night. There were roaches in our room, no parking in front of our room so i worried about my car all night. I sont think it was worth having to pay a $50 deposit

My go to place for stays. Super clean and affordable. Professional and very friendly staff! Place is secure with a gate. Best place to stay in South Sac! Especially love the exclusive channels ! Not just regular cable. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay with gated parking. Area outside property is sketchy. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Couple next door argued in front of my room until 4 in the morning.

It was a decent motel and they may have issues others experienced that aren't good however we didn't experience anything major, just a showerhead with a leak that had to be watched so it wouldn't spray over the curtain and onto the floor and the room was too small for 2 beds and 1 of the beds covered the A/C intake vent so it couldn't breathe and we had to pull the bed away some so the air could flow to allow proper function. Staff were nice and understanding.

I am making this place my go to for my stays! Staff is always welcoming. I am happy to come back to this place again! Very affordable, clean and comfortable. I even got the same room. Super satisfied with my stay. Customer Service and amenities is the best I have received. Highly recommend.

Convenient place off the freeway. Best security deposit of only $50! Price for the room is affordable. I really enjoyed the smart TV! Definitely an upgrade from previous stays. My experience is 10/10! 5/5 stars!! Definitely recommend. Definitely re booking!

No house keeping.no new towels.no cleaning at all.i went their with my family my wife 2 children's 1 kid and 1 infant for three night Expedia told me to pay after I checked out but the management ask me for cash upfront for all three night and they also won't accept my PayPal card.we come from long flight form Baltimore Maryland so I pay in cash.my suggestion to Expedia is not show such option when someone coming with children.Total waste of money and time and mood too.
