Greeted by friendly reception. Had booked 2 rooms, so changed rooms about , so that they would be next to each other.

Great location, nice clean hotel. Room was spacious enough and clean. Staff were all brilliant - really good quality customer service. Only negative was that the dining area was too small to cope with a full hotel at breakfast time, so recommend going for breakfast at unpopular times otherwise you will have to wait for a table.

Brilliant hotel, we stayed for a night when visiting Cardiff. It was a pleasant surprise! Very easy to get to and close to Cardiff. The rooms were clean and the staff and manager were so kind and friendly. Free parking with ample spaces. The highlight for me was the buffet breakfast which was included in the price of the room - brilliant selection and great food!

Great hotel in good location. Situated next to nice pub/ restaurant- The Dragonfly.
Rich on reception went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to ensure our stay covered all our requirements!

Was en route to Cardiff uni to meet friends. Check in staff were super friendly & easy to deal with. Atmosphere was welcoming.
Restaurant / bar team were also super nice and helpful especially with a hyper child in tow!!
Room was clean & well presented , the weird shower/wc door was a tad annoying & almost took off my finger, but we survived.

Very friendly welcome with a comfortable and dog friendly room. Staff were very helpful in amending a mistake I’d made on my booking. Good choices in the breakfast buffet. A convenient and comfortable stay and I’ll stay here again when I’m travelling across to Wales.

Very pleased with the hotel. However we had to change rooms after going to bed due to a water leak from the air conditioner. The room transfer was handled well by the front desk.

It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was very open relaxed atmosphere with really helpful staff and excellent breakfast excellent room. The only downside was the occupant next door to us came in at 3 o’clock and spent 20 minutes opening and shutting the door but you can’t help your neighbours.
