Walking distance to the train station. Nice place, everything you would expect EXCEPT Amanda at the front desk was truly amazing. She gave great directions and advice. Sold me a boat ride, I left my wallet and charge card behind. Frantic - no money no credit cards without it. I called and sure enough she saw where I left it. Offered to take the train to my location after they closed, but I got there in time. When I got to the boat they didn't find me and no English. So I called Amanda and she spent 10 minutes talking to them for me. She took a nightmare situation and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Amanda, the friendliest Germany I've found. Ed

Hotel is a bit distance from the HBF station, I have to drag my suitcase at stairs to fifth floor where the single room located; the bed in the single room is very small not very comfortable; the bathroom is good for the size.

Was a bit too warm even the small fan provided in room.

Good choice for the money. We didnt had breakfast. Traveling by car we could park for free on the road in front of the hotel. Clean room and bathroom, nice and friendly stuff.

The hotel location was quite far away from central station. You need to take a walk about 1 km.

The hotel is very clean with nice staff. The rate is within my budget. The drawbacks are very small room (for cheapest rooms on top), you have to take stairs from 4th to 5th floor, and not a convenient walking distance to the old town.

Would stay at this hotel again. Close to train station and only 20 min walk to main attractions. Clean room, very friendly staff.

Generally, the room was good for me. My room was at the ground floor, next to the parking area. But I smelled the smoke during the night, and also the early morning, that was the bad thing. I guessed that somebody (perhaps tourists or the hotel staffs) smoked outside.

Nice, modern hotel, near the center of the city. Clean and comfortable. Parking for free.
