The hotel accommodation was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the staff where very polite and helpful.

395 guest rooms, 1 Bellman luggage cart. Completely inadequate amount. No in room refrigerators at this Best Western just a weird process to get specific access to a fridge room on completely different floor. Staff isn’t very customer service oriented. Apparently we are lucky to be staying at their accommodation.

Natural light in the rooms. Spacious for European hotel room. The laundry room needs improvement. Sadly the dryer does not work. But overall, comfortable stay.

We booked a family room with bunk bed for two children. The room has nice beds and clean toilet. It also includes a good breakfast also. The price is also good, but for around the same price, a competitor hotel provides a small fridge. Therefore I only give 4/5 stars.

Helpful and welcoming staff , especially Matt ! Such a walkable distance to the hotel and shopping centre. I will definitely come back ;)

Checking in was a problem: my name is not the same as my baptizing name in the passport, and the employee did not understand that. It took a lot of time.

Nice personnel. Too high up for me though but if you like to have an amazing view ask for floor 13 and up. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment. Too crowded and messy, no yoghurts, no fruits like raspberry or blueberries. Not very good hygiene since you have to cut your own bread and everyone uses the same knife to cut the butter that was on an open plate... And also, if you like a sweeter breakfast this is not for you.. if you enjoy meatballs and bacon for breakfast this is for you.
