Hotel and room were very clean. Reception was great.
Property is just accross from the port but we were able to walk to the center of town. Breakfast was very good with a lot of food options.

The staff in the lobby and the restaurant on the 7th floor were phenomenal. The cover in the room had a few stains and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned daily and was dirty when we arrived. Breakfast had a great selection of foods with hot and cold choices. The buffet dinner was very good as well and very reasonably priced. The hotel needs renovating and updating. Especially the bathroom. All this being said we did enjoy our stay.

The property is really nice, with a beautiful garden and a georgous pool (partially infinity pool towards the sea). Very good service, á la carte selection could be a little bit larger (as the wine selection, which is very gracious!), nice rooms, very good breakfast.
Don’t get scared off when looking at the property on Google Earth, there is a lot of blank space around it, but there is a shuttle service offered by the hotel to the beach and the pool area itself is really breathtaking!

A/C worked, but not very well. Rooms are unimpressive, but nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. Nice 7-th floor common area. Lots of un-housed people nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Brand new easy breakfast and dinner buffet on 7th floor with terrasse. Just minutes from ferries and Hydrofoils and short distance 10-15 min to Piazza Politeama

Bland uninteresting room, hall carpets not clean. Looked more like student accommodation than a 4 star hotel

The room was really small, with incredibly hard beds. The bathroom had been modernised, but the bedroom was pretty shabby with chipped paint and a view of the car park. It’s in a pretty good location for exploring Palermo on foot (driving in Palermo is terrifying). The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast room on the 7th floor with a lovely view on the port.

Our ferry from Genoa was 6 hours late, so we didn’t check in until 0330 in the morning. Despite the time, the gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and overlooked the Port. There was alway something to look at, but the room was well soundproofed. Breakfast was on an upper floor and the food good. The centre of Palermo is only a few moments away on food with plenty of interesting restaurants. It is very convenient too if you arrive on a ferry as it is a minutes drive from the port entrance.
