Awful service, had staff come into my room when the dnd sign was on the door. Also scheduled the checkout for my room incorrectly when my receipts had the next day as the checkout date. nice staff poorly managed

Went for a one-night stay while I was in Laredo, TX for a family event. Service was great; staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was a nightmare, lamp shades in the room were stained, fridge was dirty, and breakfast area was small (so we ate in our room). Cleanliness of the room was average. Overall, not bad for the price and the location, but there can be improvements made.

Considering Laredo is a very hot city, the room and hotel temperature was always fabulous. We enjoyed a concert in that stay and the arena and restaurants are a mile or walking distance away.

Great place to stay n Laredo compared to other places there. This time we were in a room that felt a little dated. Drain in sink was evidently clogged as drained slowly w water sitting. Water took forever to get even warm in the sink and pressure very low. Soap dispenser in shower wasn’t functioning and once I told front desk it was immediately replaced. All in all another good stay here but not as nice as last time.

I was given a room on the first floor directly adjacent to the lobby. The lobby was full of people drinking and carrying on until midnight for 4 days in a row. On the last night I had to make a complaint due to the noise and drunkards laughing at the top of their lungs all throughout the hallway and common areas. The attendant was apologetic and sent the people to their rooms. For $160 a night I should be able to get a good night's sleep without having to ask for the drunks to be quiet.

Overall, the Hotel is OK, Clean, and good equipment on rooms, except for the 2 Queen Beds, booth matresses do creak, I did not complain, since wea where all set up on the room. FOr the fare we payed, I think, beds are too important for the kind of hotel. Will not stay again on this property, I have stayed on other LA QUINTA locations, and never had this experience. Food at the breakfast is great, fruit, huices and coffee. Beers @ 5 PM are a must! at the Breakfast Room (included)

Hotel room has had shotty repairs. Ceiling repair doesn't match. Edges of room not masked well and has other colors showing in the corners. Blinds have been replaced and the old blind mounting has holes and different color paint. Not a huge issue but looks bad. My biggest problem was when I used the side door there's a huge sign stating they do not allow licensed concealed carry firearms and will prosecute. Nowhere in the listing does it say they are anti 2nd amendment and not all the doors are marked. MY safety is far more important than your feelings. Had there been any way to get my money back, I would have gone elsewhere. Won't be back
