We booked this location because it had j1772 AC Electric vehicle chargers, however we found they were not working and staff didn't have a way to get them working. The results were a delay in our trip and approx $30 to charge elsewhere.

We felt your hotel was extremely outdated. The carpets were so dirty looking. Our room was extremely dark. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair (long hairs) in the tub and the floor was filthy. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and there was something wrong with the handle. There were fingerprints all over the door and the closet door was dirty. We were puzzled why there weee holes in the wall behind the mattresses. We will never stay here again and I am posting on the college Facebook page that nobody should stay here during parents / alumni weekend. I wish I took pictures but didn’t think of it.

Very nice stay in west lebanon. My only criticism is the coffee available is really terrible. The packets in your room are better than the lobby coffee. Otherwise it's very convenient-

This was my second stay at the Best Western West Lebanon NH and will be my last. It is a standard property, nothing upscale except the price. Room was clean but simple; breakfast was basic and not worth the calories - at $475 for two nights, it was poor value for money.

Room was not ready more than an hour after the posted check in time, but staff aimed to remedy this. Property was alright, clean common area and room. The older, in-room AC unit was loud and even with adjusting didn’t do too much to lift the humidity.

Mostly okay, but two problems. We left a swimming costume behind in the room. When we phoned to have it mailed to us, we were told to email, but the hotel has not responded to 5 emails and two further phone calls.
The second problem is that we stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned after the first night and wet towels were left on the floor.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and loved the perk of cookies in the afternoon. Nicely equipped exercise room. A perfect location, and close to everything. A special shout out to Jennifer for her patience and excellent service with a glitch we had upon arrival. Thanks for working with us to fix!

Absolutely terrible experience with this property. We got caught up in the global computer crisis/travel meltdown and didn’t make it with 1,000 miles of the property. Management refused to cancel reservation.

The bathroom is tiny and no place to put ones toiletries. Also the glass door opens the wrong way and was so difficult to move. I was worried that it will fall off that rail.

My room was a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom door was heavy and did not smoothly open and close. We are not handicapped, but someone who is would have found the door to be burdensome to access the bathroom.

Meh. Small but clean bathroom. Noisy A/C. Thin walls, if you get my drift. The mattress has seen better days. Not a particularly friendly front desk. Very small property sign, nearly drove past the entrance the first time.
