We only stayed one night and it was exactly what we needed: a comfortable bed. The corridors were dirty, but the room seemed clean (I've learned not too look too close). We were a bit disappointed in the on-site "lounge" and "restaurant," which had no ambiance or character. Nothing you would want to hang out in. We were planning to grab a quick coffee and breakfast, but there was a long line to order and at 10 a.m. they shut the kitchen down. So we went to that famous Canadian standard, Tim Horton, which is across the street.

For the price we really expected much nicer rooms. In the pictures it did not look this outdated. And the pool was so cold you could t even dip a toe in it!

We were frankly not expecting much but it was clean and fresh and amazing! The food in restaurant was excellent! The staff was super friendly too

Hotel was fine, in-house restaurant was a let down. Ordered 2 chicken wraps that took 45 minutes to arrive and they both were missing the chipotle sauce. No free breakfast. Edmundston charged us $2 more for the night (going the other direction to Nova Scotia) but had free breakfast. Would return to Edmundston, rather than Grand Falls, in the future.

Didn’t realize that we had robes in the room and called down to request a robe and immediately they sent up a robe.

Renovation removed the breakfast area where breakfast was provided with the stay and replaced it with a deli type counter service
This is a deal breaker for us

Very nice, new property. Mattress was comfortable for sleeping, but had an odd frame or edge around the outside, so sitting on the edge of the bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, a very nice choice.

DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! The food was barely edible and took over an hour for nachos, a wrap, wings and a flat bread (4ppl) and we were the only ones there.
No housekeeping.
Bed was comfy.

Easy check in, great pool and hot tub, clean and big room, great furniture, wonderful stuff! Every quiet in the room and pets friendly! We stayed for one night, and rest well!
