The room was clean but so small, no place to put luggage, the mobile air conditioner take the little space left. One straight chair to put a luggage, no room on the floor for a second one. One small fridge in the corridor to accommodate the 3 rooms on that floor. Located down town on a 1 way busy street, the free parking is located on an adjacent street at a 5 - 8 min. walk.

It was on construction and they didn’t told us very disappointed of the room and the price

It was a perfect place to stop halfway on our way to Quebec City.

Very good location. No breakfast but you have a lot of restaurant at proximity that’s not a problem.

Bathroom was small if you take a 2 beds. You can smell cigarette (it can happens everywhere) All is old, maybe they need renovations but Nothing big.

Large room close to stores and great local park.

Big room but balcony communal for the whole floor. Faced main street so some noise early on. Plenty of parking and EV point just opposite.Good walking along the river.

Bed in room #206 is very bad (old, no comfortable, noisy). The room was too close from a noisy road.

..No table. Used to ground room with chairs outside for morning coffee....

Air conditioning too loud and the unit obstructed access to the bed. No coffee or tea making facility

The room needed a few repairs but otherwise was clean and beds comfortable. Carpets throughout were a little dated, showing tears and stains in places. There is no "in room" coffee machine and beverages like most hotels/motels we stayed at during our month trip through north america. For that reason, I was very surprised that it wasn't available for free in the lobby. The lobby has a multiple type coffee/espresso machine available for $1 each.

Close to everything and easy parking. Room was clean everything was easy.
