I am disappointed with this property and my experience with hotels.com on this trip. My flight was delayed from Lagos Nigeria and I sent an email ahead of time that I will be arriving late and would like to keep my booking. I was traveling with 4 children and my husband. We arrived the hotel 6:10am the next day and we were told our booking was cancelled as a no show. I have the record showing I sent an email contacting the property as I was without cellular service. I was still charged my full booking fee and was told there was nothing they could do. I stayed in the hotel with a different reservation and they room was not cleaned for one week.

When we first walked into our room, it seemed clean but we quickly noticed food including grapes and chips all over the floor. My husband found a stained towel in the bathroom that looked like feces. My oldest son was going to sleep on the pull out couch but it was wet and had stains on the mattress that made it seem like a bad idea

Our most recent stay was full of surprises. We booked on hotels.com and we were not aware of the daily parking charge of $29 until we checked into the hotel. We walked into the room and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned very well; hairs in the tub from someone previously shaving and overall dirty. We left the next morning to do some running around while our room was supposedly being cleaned to come back to the room the same way we left it. We were then told that they would not clean it after we requested it because it had not been two days. We had to ask for linens each day, toilet paper, and trash bags due to the room not being kept up by housecleaning. We also had to put dirty linens and trash out in the hall daily. Very disapppointed because the hotel appeared to be very nice.

The property was very nice, staff were friendly and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were a little hard but the rooms were nice.

Dirty sofa bed the mattress was filthy the furniture in the living area was filthy it smell musky stale but I loved the staff (charisma she is the reason I stayed she was very helpful and knowledgeable

Booked this due to proximity to the Buckhead station since we couldn’t get in downtown for DragonCon. I did not like the fact that we had to pay $30 per day to park when we’re staying at the hotel. I’ve seen this for hotels in downtown areas, but this hotel wasn’t downtown. I wish there were more ice machines and some vending machines for snacks and drinks. Great value for the money otherwise.

Overall, was really good. Clean room, easy to get extra towels. Front desk was very quick to get someone to bring those plus extra garbage can for restroom, vanity area.
Breakfast was good, mainly eggs, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels, pastries and small yogurts in fridge. Coffee excellent and in afternoon, you have cold water infused with orange peel or coffee. My room had leak and my room was changed quickly after the engineer saw it. The only downside was carpets could use cleaning and printer in business section was out of service for duration of my stay. Desk staff tried to fix and contacted engineer.

Run down, needs updating, rooms are pretty dingy. Kept up by people blasting car radios from parking lot. Staff was friendly but wouldn't return.
