Great place to stay for a family with young children.
But if you're Asian you might not get as great level of service
Ive been here twice now and at first i thought it was just a misunderstanding from my part but the 2nd time confirmed it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The park has amazing facilities that the staff are clearly very proud of (and should be). Great location for our stay. Thank you!

I liked the pool area. Great spot for both adults and kids. Pools, waterslide, bistro. Great atmosphere.
I was disappointed that the free wifi didn’t connect to our devices for more than 30 seconds at a time.

It was a great holiday. Unfortunately it came just as everything was closing down because of the Coronavirus. It was not the parks fault. Just put a dampner on the holiday which could not have been foreseen or helped.

Good location with great facilities and friendly staff. Lots of greenery and quiet environment and we enjoyed our stay. Our ensuite cabin was well equipped although the wifi strength was rather weak, at times. A wonderful place to chill out if you are planning for a family holiday outing.
The surrounding can be quite dark at night without sufficient lights to guide us when we walked from the main entrance to our cabin.

two of our beds werent made, just linen left for us to make. No blankets for the beds and it was cold. Staff were rude and not helpful in the outdoor cinema area. $700 for two night was overpriced for this.

Great value for money, modern and clean cabin. Facilities of the park were also very impressive. Walking distance to large shopping centre and club Marion across the road. Great accommodation and facilities for families or groups of friends to enjoy

Easy check in - lovely place for family’s. Awesome playground, games room and pool. Was amazing to have outdoor movies and dinner at a decent time for the kids then have them go to bed nice and close.

Wanted to use park facilities until noon, but wrist bands stop at 11am, and felt like front desk want you to leave ASAP after check out. Overall, extremely expensive for a tuesday night when the cafe closed and no movies on.
