The experience was exceptional and impressive. Though the transport was relatively less attractive, the environment, facilities, size of room, services and cleanliness worth the extra travel time. Overall, the stay was superb! We enjoyed a lot!

Breakfast is good and reasonable price.
Just 13 min drive to the Outlet. Lots of restaurants nearby. The best place for relax and short stay apart from Kawagoe.

The hotel is very clean with beautiful view of golf course and mountain, especially during the summer and autumn. Not convenient for tourist as it's quite far from the station with limited bus schedule and food options. The room decor is also outdated. Will recommend the hotel for golfers and not tourists.

A long drive from Narita Airport and arrived the hotel at about 8:30 pm. After the check-in, it came to know that the restaurant will be closed at 9 pm. The restaurant staff was very kind to continue serving us until 9:30 pm. without any impatience. So, the whole restaurant staff worked overtime to serve the two of us. I feel grateful and impressed. Otherwise, it would not be easy for us to have dinner at such a remote location.
The restaurant is very beautiful and spacious. The room is fine and reasonably spacious. The staff are helpful but regret that their English standard is not sufficient even for simple communication.
