I had a fabulous time there with my friends. The room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. The location was very central and it was easy to get to venues from there. I would certainly stay there again.

First time staying at the Capri although I stay in the immediate area often.
I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice and well appointed it was versus the cost per night and the other very expensive hotels in the area.
I will definitely stay again.

Good location and nice place. Car park was very tight though!
Bathroom was also not ideal, shower was jumping in temp constantly and the body wash etc felt watered down

Good, clean and comfortable with all the amenities
Although it said daily housekeeping, I only got yeh bed turned down - no cleaning in the bathroom or tea, coffee restocked etc…. Not sure what that was about !!

Cleanliness was very good and bed was really comfortable.
Lack of clear parking instructions from the staff made parking at an affiliated place confusing. Parking at the hotel was expensive and limited and should have been free.

Room, conditions, cleanliness all good. Problem was one window in the bedroom and kitchen living which looked out across the pool width to a wall and had a glass ceiling above. So no view and all noise from the pool entered the room. Will not return.

Great room, the pictures are a true representation of the rooms. Very nice, clean and modern.

When the machine didn't work, the man at reception spoke to me like I was the one who created the problems in the first place. For a great hotel, the reception staff and check in process could be made a lot better with some customer service training and better processes.

On completing the accommodation part I was asked if I wanted breakfast to be included at $45 per day which I accepted for an additional $135. However the accommodation already included a basic breakfast. Who pocketed the extra breakfast payment of $135?
