Great place

Our stay at the Westin was great. We appreciated that it wasn't busy surrounding the hotel and the hotel itself was quite quiet. We were able to get early check in and late check out. It's in a very convenient location and walkable to parks, activities, restaurants, shopping.

This one was just as nice as the one in Seattle we really liked it. Restaurant was delicious and the pool was really nice.

I would have giving this a 5 stars but room service let us down more then once, an messed up our schedule for our planned out trip. an when I called front desk instead of helping us with our issues they where trying to be sells man.

Strengths - Spacious room, - decently renovated - partial view to the lake with a small swimming pool Areas to improve - Only one towel hook inside bathroom which is definitely insufficient for hanging used towels - there is an obvious scratch at the base of toilet Btm and the installation of toilet flush tank is not square to the toilet seat - Small & suboptimal wardrobe design without drawer: for room with two queen size beds, there is only one single-person sized wardrobe, with only hanging rods but no drawers for clothing - Suboptimal placement of room-safe which requires user to kneel down every time - No safety handle/rail in bathroom/bath tub which poses fall risk to elderly/frail customers In-room CV1 coffee machine requires frequent water refill which is not user friendly enough and not suitable for making tea either - Coffee shop at the lobby - staff frequently talk loudly and nonstop - Should consider providing toothpicks in room and cafe - Gym is much smaller than that of the W Bellevue

I loved it, everything was great about the property. The only issue was I had reserved a King Deluxe room with a patio and I wasn't put into a room I thought I was renting. It was just a regular view room without the patio. It was very upsetting, that was the reason I rented at the Westin so I can have a patio with my room. Unfortunately that was the only bad experience. Not getting the room you are expecting is the worst.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan and so the bathroom would get foggy and over heated. Several of our body towels had frayed edges which gave off a low budget feel. The view out my room on the fifth floor was of a brick wall. My bed was not comfortable and the mattress topper would move underneath me and cause bunching during the night. Overall, the experience left me sad and disappointed in this Marriot - Westin property.

Love the location. Didn’t appreciate the dirty sheets on our bed and am now taking our business to the new Intercontinental.

It's a very nice location, eateries, shopping are walking distance. One disappointment thing was that during check in the receptionist was trying to change the room that I have reserved and fully paid, from 2 twin beds into 1 king bed for 3 of us by the classical reason that : we are fully booked today. That was not acceptable at all, I had to argue first before finally they gave me the room as per my reservation. Other than that, all was great

Location great. Room spacious but blah color and little decoration. Coffee and cream was not replaced the second day so had to go down to the restaurant to get coffee. The man who greeted us and opened the door was poorly dressed and shoes scruffy and in need of polishing. Restaurant employees were very nice and accommodating.

Hotel staff was friendly, but had issues at checkin and accessing the breakfast buffet and staff confirming whether it was included in our package, our hotel room view was amazing location is very convenient, nice restaurants and Bellevue mall walking distance, but cleanliness was an issue, we found our room hadn’t been vacuumed very well, the corridor floor had garbage piling from the residents with no one attending it, eventhough we saw and heard the cleaning staff nearby, the hotel pool was full of young kids ages 5-13 running around the pool in an unsafe manner, no on duty life guard, jumping into the hot tub without an adult, yelling and screaming, even inside the hotel gym accessing the equipment with little adult supervision, it got so loud you could even hear them in the spa, where it was suppose to be quiet and relaxing,I have been to Westin hotels around the world and have seen way better service

My stay at the westin was pretty good. No complaints at all, the room was spacious and very stylish. Only thing i’d say is as a guest why do I have to pay for parking? That didn’t make any sense to me

Excellent hotel, amenities, and staff.

On a drive back from Canada we wanted to stay over in Bellevue and picked the Westin. Mainly because this hotel accepted dogs, we like Bellevue, and we usually always have a nice stay at the Westins we have stayed at. This hotel was very nice, great location, convenient to restaurants, friendly & kind staff, our room was very clean, modern, spacious,nothing overly worn out, the beds are always the absolute best! And we loved that they had a doggy bed for our little dog. It was great to grab a complementary cup of coffee while I walked my dog outside! Definitely would stay here again.

The pool was a nice touch and we enjoyed the quick access to nearby shops.
