The property appeared to be under renovation with all cable conduits exposed and large holes in walls where A/C lines had veen removed. Felt like a cross between a prison and military barracks. Literally the worst property I have ever stayed at (building-wise. Staff were nice). If my family was with me, we would have had to leave immediately, kids should not have to deal with conditions like that.

Booking in systems is fine - outlook is reatful - counter staff are very helpful . Breakfast was great TV didn’t work properly . No hairdryer

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in fact one of the worst. If you happy with cheap and below basic then this is the hotel for you. The only good things I would say is the parking is available and the staff are helpful, the rest is a let down. The room needs some serious update , the air con didn’t work well, the bed was uncomfortable and the covers looked so old that I didn’t feel comfortable to sleep on them. The shower room really needs changing, it’s so old that it makes the room look dirty. The children’s bunk bed is a bad design as it’s so high up it doesn’t allow enough air especially when it’s hot in the room with bad air con. So the main question is will I stay there again, and the answer is clearly no thank you.

Great budget hotel in excellent location. Tram stop just around corner to be able to take you right into town. Trams in Bordeaux means no need to stay in city centre. Air conditioned rooms were bliss as 40C outside.

Very nice spacious hotel in a fantastic area right next to a Courtpaille and a tram system into town. Its also in walking distance of the beautiful lakes. The reception area was very large and caterered for everyone including a small child area with microwave etc. Our room was a very good size with large windows and very clean. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom needs updating and needs a better shower cubicle. The shower hose wasn't long enough to reach the top bracket however, we would stay there again for the price.

The hotel is located in a good area, just a couple of minutes away from the tram and from an area with lots of stores and restaurants, it also has free parking. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was ok, but some lights were not working properly. The biggest problem were the pillows that were very flat and thin, it almost felt like we weren't sleeping on a pillow at all, so I'd advise to bring your own pillow if you have a problem with flat pillows. Other than that it's a good hotel for its price.

Perfectly clean. We have stayed here before regularly but found our room and bathroom on this occasion a little tired... wi fi good ... bed average ... pillows too thin for us... toilet flushing system not working correctly during the night ... heating fine ... welcome very friendly as always

The room was very dirty, hairs were everywhere, the floor was clearly not mopped, and a very strong smell of cigarette.

The hotel was ok but it was a smell maybe because the hotel was older
