The staff was great. The pillows and mattress... not so great... the room was clean, temperature was comfortable... they need to add waffles to the buffet price... Good stay overall

The check in staff was nice. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. When I checked out the next morning 3 hotel staff members saw me at the front counter and didnt even acknowledge me. Took forever to check out.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. I love the pool that was inside and the best was the dining options... Food was great!

I was disappointed being that this is a Hilton hotel for the price I paid I expected better furniture it has chips on it and was outdated the racks in the bathroom has brown rust on it which I had to see while taking a shower very disgusting

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was very clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous, and in all honesty, it turned out our dog, spent a good portion of the morning, communicating through the door to housekeeping, and anyone else that walked by. We felt horrible when we got back from my daughters event, but they were very, very sweet and understanding

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was very clean and well taken care of. They charged us $300 for smoking in the room and it’s a complete lie camera shows me going out every hour to smoke a cigarette so they basically stole my money

Rude and did not follow up on a refund after they cancelled my room just to blame me instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes

Excellent location! Staff was on-point! Rooms were clean and well stocked. Facilities were all nice and clean too, pool, hot tub, lobby, bar, fitness center etc. Quiet! Good parking situation!

This was my second time staying at the property - clean, well kept, super friendly staff. Check in was at 3, but we arrived earlier and the front desk associate (can’t remember her name) worked with housekeeping to get a room turned over and allowed us to get checked in around 1. We will be back!

Friendly staff! Maintenance helped me find a dental mouth piece I had thrown in the trash outside the hotel at 10pm. He went over and above this duties..so grateful! Room and pool were aweso.e!

No hot water to take a shower in the early morning. (4:30AM) Went down stairs to find something for breakfast and found the lobby abandoned....waited 10 minutes at the front desk to buy some snack items and no one came to the desk. I finally put everything back and was going back to my room and then saw the front desk clerk watching TV on a tablet off to the side table. She never once asked if she could help me or to get up.

At other 4 and 5 star hotels' main entrance is ALWAYS OPEN. Key cards should be used at areas where hotel roomguests use. Elevators, rooms, rear entrances, etc.
