It was booked for my parents who are elderly and I wanted to give them a luxurious experience. Unfortunately the message was not passed to them about the breakfast timing and they missed out on that even though I paid for the breakfast. Not the experience I would expect from a highly-rated hotel.

Good looking hotel but bad service. Didn’t see staff smiling at all, like they hate their jobs. Again, if you are used to stay at Taj or Marriott, then this property is not for you.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful property. Great location. Brilliant dining options. Rooms feel a bit dated but otherwise nice and spacious. We'd stay again.

This property is missing the swimming pool but apart from that great place to stay.

Dreadful! Avoid. Everything at this hotel is falling apart. Don’t go by the pics, everything is broken, rooms dated, shower sink felt like a lake as water takes 30 mins after a shower to drain, carpets in room felt sticky, iron in room doesn’t get hot, just warm. Breakfast restaurant was also a nightmare, felt like you were in a cheap cafe. Porch outside the hotel is like a fish market- the door guys have no control over the cars and there’s no system. Avoid at all costs. If you find a good deal on the hotel, there’s a reason why that’s the case. Plenty of other options in Mumbai,
