The hotel is an OK standard with modern, functional furniture. Unfortunately the blind was broken and could not be lifted

I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff impressed me with their warmth and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness set a positive tone for the stay. The room was immaculate—spotless. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our waitress/bar lady also deserve special mention. Very informative and courteous, ensuring we had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with an overwhelming variety of food options. Everything was fresh and flavorful, making for a perfect start to the day. Next time, I'll make sure I stay longer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Great people serving you. Very friendly and helpful. Watch out for rooms on the third floor as the elevator doesn’t go that high if you need one.

Good stay and the rooms are huge. They list as having AC but not all rooms actually do. Ask for a room away from the street if it’s summer. Also, for some insane reason the bathroom doors don’t lock. Super annoying, bring a doorstop. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The location is perfect. Walk to anything but it’s a few blocks from the super touristy spots.

We enjoyed a 2-night stay at U Medvidku in a family room— very spacious and comfortable, and the reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful; full breakfast was included and we had good food and beer in the restaurant. Very close to all the main sites, and highly recommend when in Prague!

We truly enjoyed our stay at U Medvidku, and it was mostly due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was nice. The brewery tour, the beer spa, and the restaurant each added to the experience. But it was the help from staff with travel plans that allowed us to relax and really have fun.

clean stay and friendly staff. loved the brewhouse restaurant too. our room was a little dark with one small window and the nightlife noise was loud but we knew that before booking. would stay again!

The friends we were with found your hotel online, they reserved the room with the beer tap tub and we reserved a double twin under the roof. We loved the history of the building and the esthetics that were preserved through the years. At that point in our travels we had been in several different countries and stayed in different hotels so I have to say the beds in our room were the most comfortable we’d had in our two weeks of traveling. We slept so well. We were only staying one night so we took advantage of the offered breakfast. It was amazing. So many options and incredibly delicious. Check out was at 11 am but we weren’t leaving the city right away so the hotel let us keep our luggage in a storage room while we enjoyed the sights of the city. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very helpful staff great location

Unique charm, friendly staff and extremely clean. Asked for a quiet room and it was indeed peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast buffet is delicious and impressive! Easy to walk to from the metro. Highly recommended.
