Front staff was nice! Horrible parking situation and only option was paid underground parking which was unfortunate that it was not included. Room had a broken window that was taped up and when I tried to call the front desk they never answered even when I tried to call 4 times. Room was comfortable!

One night stay. Really liked the hotel and room. Comfortable and spacious throughout. Good breakfast.There is a farmer's market one block away on Saturdays.

The room was excellent. Plenty of room for the three of us. The location was great it was near all the places we wanted to visit, the Grand Lake, The Capitol, the botanic garden which was amazing. Highly recommend going there. The parking was great underground so we were able to leave the suitcases in the car. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I would go back there any time.

Everything was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining options, which were varied and plentiful within a short walk. Parking was on the street, but underground parking was also available.

The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean. Food under the bed and a pop can behind the curtains. The windows had handprints all over them! Torn carpets and stained carpet. Frayed furniture.

He was not very accommodating and willing to listen to our complaint about the harsh chemicals used to clean our room. We had two little kids who both had irritated skin and burning eyes due to the harsh chemicals used in our room. All of us were coughing throughout the night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel staff were nice. Appreciated the presence of security. No problem with the room. Loved the type of soap and shampoo available. Sulfate free, etc. Room quiet and comfortable. Hotel overall appeared clean. Breakfast was ok. Didn't like limited parking. Hotel was close to several attractions.

Great hotel. Located close to everything. The downside is the large amoint of homeless population just outside hotel.
Everything is locked down.
My sister went into stairwell from pool to take a call, she got locked in stairwell.
Had to wait until we were out of pool to come get her.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The check-in process was swift and greatly appreciated, as we arrived exhausted after a long journey. The food was plentiful and of good quality. The only initial concern we had was with the garage, as we were unsure of the location, but ultimately, we encountered no issues.
