This place was a disaster. The exterior of the room door was covered in grime and it only got worse from there. The room smelled of urine. The furniture was filthy, the refrigerator had a coating of dust as if it had never been wiped down, the bathroom door was coated in grime, the toilet ran continuously, the remote and alarm clock both were covered in a crusty crud and the toaster was disgusting. There was a can of tuna left on the top of the kitchenette cabinets and the mattresses were wrapped in ripped up plastic covers. We checked out immediately and did not stay here. Gross

Things didn't go as planned from the start. I arrived at the property at 5pm and went to check in, but there was nobody there. I waited for 15 minutes before leaning over the counter and shouting "Hello?" No response so I went out to my car to get my stuff.. Went back in and there was still nobody around. I called the phone number listed on my reservation and no one picked up, just a"beep beep" the call was disconnected. Another customer came in and I mentioned I had been there for over 30 minutes and she called the same number and someone actually answered. The employee came out of the restroom about 5 minutes later.
I already had my ID and Credit card I used to reserve the room on the counter. She swiped my card 7 times, asking me if I could give it to her again after each attempt. She then tells me not to worry, the issue wasn't with my card, it was their computer. She then said to tell the morning on duty person what happened if they asked. Once I got settled in the room, went to join the WiFi and my room number/last name was not in the system. Used my hotspot.
At 6am, I was awakened by someone trying to come in the room. They tried several times but didn't say anything. Fell back asleep and was awakened again 30 min later when someone again tried forcing the door open. Then the phone started ringing so I got up and went to the desk to ask why they were trying to get in my room. I was told their system had showed that I had checked out already! Horrible!

It was fine, comfortable and all but the people upstairs were apparently jumping up and down all night until after midnight. We didn't call but it was really loud. I would think somebody would have noticed. Also... lots of HAIR everywhere. Things looked clean but there was hair on the sheets and towels. Maybe an issue with the dryer, or need some dryer sheets? I've stayed at other Candlewoods before and this one didn't quite measure up. Love the room layout though!

Everything was clean (minus hairs found on shower curtain from the last people that were there). Staff was nice but no one was ever at the front desk. They were nice though. A lot of places to eat near here! There is also a really cool mall with instructors from the 90s near here. Overall a good hotel and a good experience.

The hallways stink. My room smelled like mildew. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom terrible condition. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

The room was beautifully decorated and the layout great. Unfortunately, the whole room seemed damp. The two AC units were both on and seemed to be working (the air temp was cool). But the floor was “sticky” not because it wasn’t clean, but because it was damp. The same was true of the furniture and bedding.

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful.
The issues are with the run down condition of the property and the carpet in our room was filthy. Our feet and socks were black from the filth.

It was a decent place to stay with mostly nice staff, except one lady who lied to me at the desk, twice. Nice lip.They probably know exactly who im referring to. Other than that, and the carpets needing some shampoo, it was fine. I appreciate the two nice staff members who welcomed us and showed us around upon check-in. I helped you out with the crusty showerhead that was in the room by soaking it in cleaner and scrubbing it, as it didnt work when we got there. There was so much build-up on it, the lever wouldnt even move. This was in a handicapped accessible room, which should'nt have happened. Someone in a wheelchair or disabilities should NOT have to ask for an operational shower, they have enough to worry about already. I hope its better for the next guest...I made sure it was for you. Thank you, and you're welcome. I left it cleaner than i found it, No offense intended. 😘

They desperately need to replace the beds, you should not feel the springs when you lay down. Also surprised the only ice machine is the one in your room freezer. But when you finally get ice it is time to leave the hotel. Could also use some general maintenance.

Booked a two night stay and didn’t have any tv signal from the moment we arrived and didn’t regain a tv signal til it was close to check out. Called and told from desk about my concerns and the front desk told me I would have to speak with the manager the following day. Spoke to the manager the following day and she was very rude, unsympathetic, and didn’t care about my concerns. Nothing was done! Called to ask for a late check out as I am a member and your suppose to be allow a late check out up to 2 o’clock. I believe I wasn’t granted a late check because I complained about not being able to watch tv since arriving
On another note hotel had 3 or 4 washers, I believe it was 3, only two worked so it was hard to wash clothes. An had 4 dryers only 2 worked. Elevator was very slow! This hotel needs serious updates and upgrades to its facility and management. Need to hire more friendly and caring managers who care about their guess stay and knowledgeable front desk attendants.

The bedding was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The room set up was great and a nice tv. My only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke. Very thick at the main entrance and in the lobby. The hallway even on the second level smelled of cigarettes.

The suite was immaculate, newly renovated, great, but the water literally dribbled out of the shower head. I couldn't wash my hair as i never would have been able to get the soap out!

Room was very nice. Bed was horrible. Mattress was worn, sagging to the middle so we were bumping into each other all night.

Kitchen and fridge were very clean. overall it was an easy night, no real issues. Check in person was nice as well as the lady when leaving. Bed is not comfortable whatsoever so keep that in mind if you stay here. Bedding smelled really clean though!
