Not a good visit, I had to move to two different rooms due to the floors being damp. Asked for an extra water but they wouldn’t give one, I won’t be staying there again

it is clean, neat, friendly staff, helpful staff, love the sitting area in the front to relax in, love free tea and coffee (especially tea/Milk) is available all the time. Love that a great breakfast is included. just love it there and it is close to where I need to go

It was ok. Didn’t find the sweet any better than the regular rooms. Mattress on pullout was very dirty and stained. Seemed outdated

I’ve stayed here before and the staff are all lovely to deal with and accommodating. The room is always quiet and clean and I’m able to access everything I need during my stay. I always love staying here…

Power was out because of which the key cards never worked and have some one from the staff has to escort us to the room ever time
A/C did not work and the shifted the room at 1 am and found some blood stains from the carpet and again shifted the room

The key cards were not working. Every time you needed entry into your room, you had to go to the front desk for assistance. The room had old furniture. The room was cleaned.

Property poorly managed. Unclean. Staff rude and unprofessional. Room keys did not work, causing major inconvenience and there was no WiFi or tv. The worst. Avoid this hotel! Especially with the rates they charge!
