Got given a room which didn’t look like what I booked so went down and spoke to reception staff. Staff informed me that they was in a rush and apologised for the mistake, stating that the room will be changed in 10mins, and they will give a call or to come back down then.
The Toilet in the first room, which was described as the old tower looked very outdated and there was cracks on the actual seat & the bidet as well.
There was a bathtub, with a shower hose attached, not really shower friendly and modern.
No call back after 30mins, so spoke to reception who didn’t understand English and paused, stating will ask “my friend” and will call you back in 5mins. Still nothing happened after 5mins.
I haf to go to reception again and the receptionist said sorry I forgot (again). Staff showed me my new room and I accepted it, stating this is what I booked.
I had to go back multiple times to chase it, which was annoying.
Sorted out 2 hours after check in. Sat and waited around in my room. Which wasted the time I had to spend in the city.

first day the room has not been cleaned at all
second day at 8 pm the room was not cleaned yet although I pressed the cleaning button in the morning before leaving the hotel. after informing the reception, the staff went to clean the room but they only prepared the bed ignoring all the other minimal cleaning procedure ( also the bins were not emptied) !

This hotel is very well located. The wifi works perfect. This was my fourth stay and I like this hotel a lot. The staff is very friendly and professional (reception, breakfast, restaurant, …). They do all they can to make your stay very comfortable. Breakfast is OK. I did not dine in the restaurant in this trip, but I can assure from earlier stays here that the restaurant offers good food (mainly Indian and Italian)! The rooms are large and nice. Nice bathroom as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel!
