Loved staying at Hotel Helios. The view from the terrace was incredible as was the view from the hotel room. I was very pleased with the availability of the staff and how quickly they were to respond and even book restaurant reservations/taxi transportation for us during our stay. I will be coming back

We LOVED this hotel!!! Will definitely stay here again! Location is great just 15-20 min walk into town. The staff is so kind and helpful. Rooms were lovely , the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, fantastic cakes!!

We loved staying here, its a gorgeous room with fun tech features. It was quiet, comfy and very clean!
The hosts are kind and care so much about making your stay meaningful.
Its so close to the station which can go directly into town or Pompeii and Sorrento. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice, small, clean, quiet property. The staff provide 5 star service, excellent from the time we arrived. Very attentive to all needs. The included breakfast is excellent in a very nice setting. No issues during the stay. An easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Boutique Hotel Helios. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The hotel has amazing views. Breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The breakfast staff was great! What I loved the most was having breakfast in the terrace enjoying the amazing ocean and coastal view. The roof top pool is an added bonus especially on warmer days.

The views from the property are stunning, upstairs deck is a nice place to relax. Room was good, but the highlight was the staff. Check in staff, bartender, waitress at breakfast were all excellent. Arranged for flowers for my room prior to our arrival and pickup at the airport. A few people have mentioned in reviews that busy road and no sidewalk, but it's only a few meters without sidewalk and it was fine and we enjoyed the walk to town and back to the many excellent restaurants. Great location to stay and visit Amalfi, Capri, etc. Stayed three nights.

The main thing that made our stay at Boutique Hotel Helios was the staff. They were very approachable and extremely helpful. The roof top pool had the most amazing views across the bay of Naples. Having breakfast with the view of Mount Vesuvius was incredible.

All in all a great hotel and only a small number of things to make it an amazing hotel. Great things: the size is perfect, the location is so close to town and walk to at least 3 more beaches not including sorrento beaches. Stuff are amazing always helpful. Cleanliness absolutely top. Breakfast options very good. And best of all the views!! pool is small as they say but very nice with drinks service on the terrace with view of the sea.
Minor things to make it awesome: kettle in the room and glasses or cups would be great. soap for the sink as well. great view from room but not very private patio (can see next room's patio -- it's fine though). small things anyway for an otherwise excellent property. we will be back.

Tremendous staff, great views, and 15-minute walk to Sorrento restaurants. There is a short stretch near the hotel with no footpath/pavement, the swimming pool is small, and the exercise room needs a refresh. They are the only shortcomings and the great service and location more than make up for them.

Walking by the street was a little dangerous outside of the hotel but other than that the hotel was very clean!

I read all the reviews and decided to give Boutique Hotel Helios a try. I was not disappointed. My check in was by the lovely Guilia. All the other staff were equally helpful and friendly. I could not have felt more welcome and at home.

I read all the reviews and decided to give Boutique Hotel Helios a try. I was not disappointed. My check in was by the lovely Guilia. All the other staff were equally helpful and friendly. I could not have felt more welcome and at home.

Great, but no parking. Not good. Had to walk a klm. Back to the hotel and had to pay for parking 24..00 E for 24 hours
