There was loud music until after 1am, making this a completely unsuitable hotel for anyone with an early flight the following morning. So rather frustrating, especially at the price point. All was fine otherwise, including the airport shuttle.

Attended an event in the hotel and stayed over at the hotel the bed was very comfortable cleanliness of the room was soo high standard very impressed.
However after the event we were looking for the residence bar in the lobby a good few of us were staying at the hotel.
Which ended up being really uncomfortable and unsettling experience the hotel staff or security took a rather strict and abrupt approach to enforcing their rules, particularly late at night. While it’s not uncommon for hotels to enforce policies about non-guests in certain areas after hours, the tone and manner in which they addressed us and my colleagues made us feel passive-aggressive and overly authoritative by 5 men. (Which most of us were females)
Being told there was no access to a residence bar—especially when it’s common in many hotels for guests to have a place to gather late at night. This kind of approach not only lacks hospitality but also created a rigid and unwelcoming atmosphere, which is not what guests typically expect from a hotel.
We were asked to provide our names and what room number were we in.
We felt invaded in the lobby and told to go to our rooms.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable. Perfect location near to the airport. The terrace on the top floor gives a handy view of aircraft arriving if that’s your thing.

Food was quite poor. Sent my order back twice; firstly raw burger & replaced with wrong order.
Normally service team would apologise for the inconveniences.
Facilities are clean & of good standard.
€20 for parking overnight is dubious.
Food pricing is not of value.
Experience did not meet expectations & 2nd Dublin hotel in a week that falls short of the mark. Again a food failure.

Very convenient to the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant, though the music was a bit louder than needed. Nice to have the shuttle bus, but their timing was not actually in line with their postings on the morning I needed it. Very helpful staff. The meal I had was fabulous.

The room was hot, noisy, and as other reviewers have said the double bed was small and you rolled to the middle.
On top of that, we waited for the shuttle van at the correct location for nearly 30 minutes (we were 10min early). Eventually we gave up and took a taxi for 10 euros. I was going to bring it up with reception, but frankly the guy at the counter didn't appear the type to want to know. I had two rooms, the other room was exactly the same, we all slept terribly.
Regarding the food, please read the reviews on Google etc. It is terrible and so very expensive. We ended up getting pizza delivered.

We stayed at the Hotel and had a major issue in the Restaurant when we found fruit flies in the vinegar bottle, we mentioned it to the hotel manager who said when we returned in 2 weeks he would upgrade our room as an apology, when we arrived not actioned by the manager, blamed the receptionist staff. Terrible management.

All of the countries we visited 9 in all had hard hard did I say HARD beds. And the pillows from hell. At the Carlton where we stayed 3 nights paying for the breakfast extra was a royal pain in the ??? I feel I paid 2 times extra. And it’s expensive. Either include it or pay at the entrance of the Resturant.

At check in, we received a complimentary room upgrade which was nice. Shuttle service was flawless and friendly to and from airport. The roof top restaurant was understaffed and the service was spotty but friendly, and the food was good. Would recommend this place to stay if you need to overnight at near the airport to catch an early flight the next day.

Booked for it's convenience to the airport; paid a bit more than we normally due to an early flight. First appearance the room seemed great, then noticed the beat up woodwork, the very outdated and impractical headboard, no toilet paper holder. The MAJOR issue was that the bed was HORRIBLE!! Huge divit in the middle of the mattress. Extremely uncomfortable, we fell inward towards each other all night long, also found it hard to climb out of the "pit". Worst sleep ever. Spoke with mgmt, told they were remodeling. Not soon enough. Terrible experience!!

The rooms were nice and the hotel restaurant was good. The convenience to the airport and the hotel airport shuttle was the reason we stayed here. Great if you need to get to the airport early

The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal which added some stress to our airport check-in. It would be great if drivers had a list of airlines at each terminal.

This property was okay - not stellar, not terrible. It’s an airport hotel there for convenience. The staff was professional enough. Wait staff was nice in the restaurant even though it seemed like they forgot about us a couple of times. My biggest gripe is paying $400 for a hotel room that’s so hot we couldn’t sleep. There was a fan it the room that helped slightly, but the window had a broken hinge and was screwed shut. We thought about asking for maintenance, but didn’t want to be perceived as “difficult Americans”. Sincerely, the room felt like it was in the 80 degree range (Fahrenheit) - it was brutal. I will chose somewhere else in the future.

It was very easy to get the airport shuttle. The room was excellent, but it would be nice if it had a couple drawers for clothes. The restaurant on third floor was fine if not a little expensive. Finally, although the price is similar to other airport hotels, 330 Euros for one night is outrageous.
