The hotel was good, but at the level of 3.5 stars
There was no drinking water in the room
Breakfast was very simple and without variety
There was only one shampoo in the bathroom to wash hair and body
There was no softener and other sanitary items
The elevator was very old and slow

Overall a good hotel, reliqble and clean! For 4.5 star Hotel though I expected a little bit of better service, incl. free water welcome drink without charge, at breakfast apart from butter, honey and cheese also 2-3 different jams and more proactive service oriented personel. But all these are "luxury problems" and not crucial. I can recommend the hotel and happy to come again.

For 4.5 star Hotel though I expected a little bit of better service, incl. free water welcome drink without charge, at breakfast apart from butter, honey and cheese also 2-3 different jams and more proactive service oriented personel. What I like about this staying is the location - it's very convenient. 5min distance walk there is riverside, so you can enjoy Riga's Panorama view. Near by shopping mall adds bonus if you need quick extra something. Also near by there's Riga's bus/trolley stops which easily and quick can get you to the Centre and Old town of Riga.
Another thing what I like here - is breakfast which is included in your staying - is wide choice and fresh.

The hotel room was great, all the amenities and comfort needed. Well designed and the bathroom fully equiped. The mini fridge bar was reasonable priced an convenient. The free self serve breakfast was tasty and a wonderful benefit. The room was very clean. Unfortunately the views are hindered by a lot of construction but the location itself was very convenient.

It advertises itself as a 4 1/2 star hotel but in reality, it’s three stars. That being said, it was fairly comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very extensive with lots of different tasty options. It was also situated away from the downtown area, so you got a little bit more peace and quiet, but it is easily accessible by crossing the bridge that’s onlytwo blocks away from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. But the hotel does not have a laundromat and it does not have an ice machine.

Hotel would have been excellent in all counts if the second elevator worked. A 9 story hotel with only onbe working elevator and tour groups with luggage is not a happy sight.

We booked this hotell because of its rather central location and the free parking.
The room was big and the bathroom very good.
The beds had just one matress and no bed matress so it was not especially comfortable and the pillows were thin.
Breakfast was included but we didn't like it so much.
Finally: two lifts but only one in function. Not so good in a hotell with lots of floors.

The views over the river and town from the 8th floor were stunning! The reception was 10 stars, speaking English and explaining parking etc in detail. Highly recommend!

First impression wasnt so good as I parked my bike on front of the hotel this guy instantly comes to yell at me "you cant park there, move your bike". Surely you could say it a bit more friendly tone, and a "please" and a smile wouldnt hurt. If I hadnt already paid for the room, I would have went to another hotel just because of that. Room was excellent, although AC wasnt so good and it was a little hot. Parking was ok, maybe not the safest for motorcycles but still ok because it was free.

This is a large modern property just outside Riga city center, across the Daugava river. There is not much in the immediate area but it´s close to the city and has a good restaurant and bar menu. Free parking and good value for money if you don´t need to be in the center.

Wonderful hotel close to old town. Room
was spacious and had a very long hallway. We had room on the 8th floor, however the room got very hot (25C!!) due to some sunny weather (outside was around 1-2C) and although A/C in the room, it was still set on heater due to colder temperatures (winter/spring weather). Unfortunately it could not be set manually in each room. I placed this as a recommendation upon checking out. Breakfast was superb and had variety of food options.

Perfect place to stay, Child friendly, great breakfast. Rooms very Spacious and comfy. Location is close to the center and near supermarket as well. Friendly staff. Very happy
