Very clean, warm, roomy king size bed. Will return again.

Myself and my daughter stayed for the weekend. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and when we stepped out our door, we had a beautiful view of fields and trees.

awful, not worth the price for even for the area. seemed sketchy, smelled bad, half our electrical sockets didnt work, holes in the sheets, wasn’t the cleanest, toilet was nonstop running… I could go on and on. you can find much better for a similar price, trust me.

The staff was extremely uncooperative and tried telling me I didn’t pay for the nights stay after giving me the room key.

We stayed one night. The room was clean and and attractive. It didn’t smell bad. We would stay there again when in the area.

Our stay at America’s Best Value Inn was comfortable. Our room was clean and overall, it was quiet. The location of the property is conveniently close restaurants and shopping.

We stayed at this place due to convenience. Overall, it was clean. However, in the corner behind the bathroom door, we saw a weird smiley face sticker. We took it down, because it creeped us out, and found the corner stuffed with toilet paper to cover up a hole. Just plaster over it -- it takes two minutes! Staff also threatened me about my service dog, saying he had to wear a vest and be in the registry. There is no such thing! There is no national database for service animals -- and not all disabilities are visible, though it's worth a mention that we rolled up in our car with our handicap placard clearly on display. Staff didn't want to know my dog's trainer's number and didn't ask the service the dog was trained to perform (the only two questions they are legally allowed to ask regarding service animals), yet claimed to have been in the hotelier business for a "very long time." After we settled in, my friend went to discuss this with staff and the staff member who spoke with me pretended that there had been no problem.

It continued for over 45 minutes and was still going when I left the room. I reached out to America's Best Value Inn Corporate. I received an automated response email apologizing, saying they would contact the location within 48 hours. The following morning the nose did not repeat but, while checking out I asked the staff what was the noise. All I got was blank stares and "what nose was that?" "we didn't hear anything". The nose was loud enough that I couldn't sleep or hear the TV. I still have not received a response from ABVI corporate.

A little glitch on arrival as they didn't have my reservation on file. Showed them the confirmation on my iPad and I was quickly checked-in. Room clean and neat. Pillows were a bit too soft but otherwise everything was great.
