Very welcoming staff. Beautiful hotel located perfectly a few steps away from Duomo. The room was spacious and elegantly designed. Breakfast was very delicious!

The staff were all amazing and could not do enough for their guests. The breakfast was very good value for money. The room was immaculate and spacious with all required amenities. The 'Luxury suite' is advertised with "Garden" and "on the top floor" .. our suite was neither on the top floor or with ant access to a garden which is misleading. The 'hot tub' is a jacuzzi bath next to the bed.

Hotel is just amazing! The property itself is small, but so well done from the decor, room decor and amenities to the location. The staff are incredibly helpful in providing suggestions for dining and tours and helped us in all of our bookings. They were absolutely fabulous! Can’t thank them enough.

Staff was great and was a funky boutique hotel! Loved the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. A wonderful place to stay.

When we walked into the location we knew we where in the best area, a few feet away from The Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II; we took the elevator to the lobby and were greeted with a warm smile and efficient service that set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and a state-of-the-art coffee maker. Service was good. It’s a hard to find hotel and if you have a lot of luggage, the lady at front desk will help you. It’s hard for a car to get on this street so call ahead to ask for help if you have a rental.

It’s a small cute hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s not worn out. The area around is super touristic and busy- it’s around Duomo. On one hand - it’s easy to walk to the attractions but on the other hand it’s very noisy and doesn’t feel very safe.
