Kourtney, from Hampton, helped us with a great smile. She made sure everything would be special! She gave us a corner suite with a Welcome Gift for our 33rd anniversary. We were touched to receive greetings and a signed card from the staff which is very uncommon practice for such a busy weekend! Thanks to Kourtney and everyone!

We had a great time! Very friendly staff when we checked in and throughout our entire stay! The rooftop patio was very cool with games and a stellar view of the city!

Great time with family and this hotel was top notch! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and clean. We will definitely be returning.

The service was excellent from the front desk. We were greeted each time we walked in and out of the building and even received texts to ensure our stay was going well throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Our room was clean, comfortable, and chic. The gym was functional, clean, and had great equipment to get a good workout in. There was a cute grocery store right across the street and a park behind the building to take our dog out. Many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores right outside the property. The only downside was that the pool was down during our stay and the front side of the property was boarded up in anticipation of election protests (as were most buildings downtown during our time in Portland). We will definitely be back to visit and already decided we’ll stay here again when we return!

The hotel staff were excellent and the hotel was clean. The room was nice but they could step up their mattress game a bit. The location was great, with lots of shops within walking distance. We went to a concert at the Moda Center and rode the trolley to and from.

I stay at this property frequently for business. This trip was a very different experience. The front desk contact with Matai was wonderful however the breakfast staff and valet parking left a lot to be desired. The valet gentleman was rude and off putting. I checked my car in when I arrived and called for the car the morning I was to check out to load my bags and check out early. When my car came - the driver was flustered by traffic and drove my car unacceptably- it was difficult to watch. Then gave me a hard time and said I could have just asked them to load my bags for me so he did not have to bring the car. When I explained that ALL other trips to this property, the valet had asked that I just call for the car like normal, we could load and they would take the car back to the garage. I have never seen this gentleman before but the claimed to be the valet parking manager and if I complained it would just be to him - so go ahead and complain. Unacceptable, won’t be staying at this property in the future.

Very close to powell's city of books and moda center. Valet parking service is very safe and easy to use. Free breakfast menu is simple but fair enough.

Great stay! Very friendly staff and super clean hotel. The pool is a great amenity for young kids. Great location, so easy to walk to restaurant and shops, but then return to the hotel and let the kids swim and get their energy out

This is a really nice hotel in the middle of Portland's Pearl district. The staff was very efficient and friendly, and the room was well laid out and super clean. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location for downtown Portland. Hotel is close to many amenities and easy to get around. You can easily walk or get a ride to any venue or upcoming event. No need to drive you own car and struggle to find a parking place. Simply use valet at the hotel and enjoy your stay.
