Fridge is not working

Everything! This hotel is so cute and located in the heart of downtown. The staff went over and above to accommodate us since we arrived early. They were all so friendly. We came downstairs in the evening to get a snack and had the best desserts! Thank you so much and we'll be back!

public areas are dead, we booked the place to enjoy a drink in the lobby. they were not able to make a drink because they ran out of honey…

There was only a limited breakfast. Not what I would define as breakfast. Coffee was great and free refills great staff was amazing.

Room felt dirty with stains on bedspread. I like to keep green by not having g sheets cleaned daily, but I expect my bed to be made and fresh towels. That did not happen.

Loved the people during my stay who checked me in and took care of me! They were lovely and very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was relatively new. The room was nice and they had filtered water in the hall.

The shower wasn’t very clean toward the far side. I didn’t notice until ready to shower, so just stayed under the shower head. Probably missed it on the website, but was shocked by the $47/night parking fee. We could have found a place on the street but there were a number of homeless tents nearby and didn’t want to take a chance to start our vacation off with a busted window.

The beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size.

The restaurant was "sold out" of over 50% of the menu, with no cleaning services.

Good location in the pearl district with excellent staff!
