Loved the lay out of the hotel especially the rooms leading straight out onto the pool. A small hotel which suited us for a few days stay. The restaurant staff were exceptional. I have a dietary intolerance and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was safe to eat. They were always smiling and friendly. The only downside which wasn’t clear on the website is that the beach is on the other side of the road. Would love to return to this hotel

Nice hotel, but it is no more a new hotel. The outdoor area is fantastic. Room was cleaned nicely every day, but did show some history of use, but it was a nice room. The bed in our room was simply put dreadful(it was round and they could not provide extra supportmatress that fit the bed, so I slept poorly for 10 days). We got what we ordered, but staff seemed somewhat inexperienced, they did not do amfollowup on our issues. And I’m no fan of chasing service or chasing sunbeds when you are at a 5star hotell. Loved our stay, but it had some shortcomings. The private beach is great, some noice from the road beside the hotel and you need to take a bus or rent a bike to get to other restaurants than the hotels. Would recommend the hotel, but 5 star with premium pricing, really?

Hotel was beyond my expectation. Very clean, superb customer service, accommodating to foreigners. Provided complimentary wine and fruits as a welcome, daily breakfast was delicious.

The property is gorgeous.....but the staff were EXTREMELY rude!! They harrassed us about how many people we had staying in our room, checking pur passport numbers before check-in and at check out. We were harassed several times by the front desk staff about how many people we had staying in our room (we had 2, which is what was what was reserved). Specifically IVAN at the front desk was completely inappropriate with us, treating us horribly. Then the check out time apparently changed from noon to 11am. And we were told about this at 11am on day of check out!!! They called the room to tell us we had to check out right then!! Never was told at check in about an update in checkout time, their website states noon is check out time and my reservation stated noon as check out time. Over all horrible experience and will never return To this hotel. We were simple guests that werent loud and didnt deserve the poor customer service and harassment we received!!!! Not to mention paying for the most expensive room the property had to offer.

Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. SPA was amazing, had one of the best messages. WiFi connection definitely needs improvement, was very difficult at times to receive internet. Quantity and variety of the food could be upgraded and improved.

Absolutely awesome resort. Niki was kind enough to organise our transfer from the port to hotel and help us with our car rental. Pool was superb!

Not 5 star service, only 1 bottle of water provided on arrival, 1st "5*" hotel that has not provided water daily. Limited storage in room, no hooks in bathroom to hang anything. Beach poor lots of rocks/pebbles , not maintained very well, rubbish lying around. Expensive. Furniture at pool/ lobby bar uncomfortable

two weeks spent in a magnificent hotel. great food. wonderful staff. spotlessly clean. great swimming pools. no criticisms at all. would recommend to anyone.

The Hotel is very beautiful, the view is amazing, but inside the Room, the Air Conditioning was very noisy, ( No balance for the room size), and when you like to set the Quiet mode for sleeping, the set can not keep the temperature and or you feel hot or you can sleep due to the noisy machine. The food is below the average for this category of Hotels, and you have to pay as an extra for the water, or for the Natural Orange juice. The environment is very clean, but the pools smells a lot of chlorine. But in the other hand, the people is very kind at all times.

I stayed at the Diamond for 6 days as my daughter was getting married in Kos. There was not a thing I could criticise! All of the staff were attentive, polite and hardworking. I was late arriving as I'd got lost, but although it was after midnight I got a lovely welcome from the older man who is sometimes on reception. I was taken to my room by Leon, who is a delightful young man and works so very hard to make everything perfect for guests. I saw him every day and he always asked if everything was alright. The breakfast waiters were equally kind and attentive with perfect manners. The room was immaculate with luxurious bed-linen and the view from the terrace was amazing. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all of the staff there.

Other than the poor wifi (worked most of the time but was very very very slow) everything was amazing!! Staff was extremely nice, perfect location (10 min bus ride to kos town), awesome rooms, great breakfast, and overall we had the perfect relaxing vacation we wanted!! Highly recommended for all the couples who just want to relax! The adults only policy is great too! Our Pool frontal room made the stay much better so it worth adding a little and get one of those!

Stunning architectural hotel 10 minutes by taxi outside Kos Town. Quiet setting away from the buzz of Kos but easily accessible. Fabulous pool.

We had to wait at reception for 20 minutes as although we had paid Hotels.com in advance the Hotel had no knowledge of us. The manager says it happens a lot so be warned ! Nice hotel, good food at the bar. Taxi to town is 9 Euros or it is a 50 minute walk, which is very pleasant.
