Pope, working as concierge at the front desk, was quite friendly and hospitable. He took care of my fiancé and me throughout our stay and even snuck us into the hot tub area after we returned from our engagement dinner at the Biltmore House. Good guy, great property.

THere were some disturbing people living around the property. That is my only complaint and it is not the fault of management. THe hotel manager was excellent and our stay was great.

I thought it was going to be $142 they billed me $180 not sure why I was to tired to fight about it. The breakfast was excellent beds were excellent.

For families the Fairfield was a greta option. Breakfast was great. The gym was nice. Close to city center which was a plus.

The hotel is very nice with a large parking lot and the area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe without people wondering everywhere at night. This location had a large hot tub with a decent pool for the kids and the room was very clean with a good breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

First time staying. Staff at check in were very nice and helpful. Loved the location. Comfy room and good breakfast. Will diffently stay again.

Check in was very pleasant but checking out was not. It seemed as though it was not appreciated that we wanted to pay cash and not have our credit card charged. She obviously took the cash but didn’t seemed pleased. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

The entire facility was clean and updated. The breakfast area where the food was placed could be enlarged. The guests had to step aside and reach over each other to get the food.

Large room with sitting area. Great service. Decent breakfast, usual for Fairfield. The only critique is beds are too firm, pillows the exact opposite (extremely soft).
