The whole building is pretty old. Pipes exposed throughout. Elevator ancient and and clusterfobic, too small. Other than the note about you might find some living criters in the room, it was clean

Great place to stay in the center of Ponta Delgaga. Close to a cafe and bakery all within feet of the hotel. Parking is onsite and free! Best perk of the trip. Free breakfast was great as well and the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Have zero complaints. Rooms could have some updates, but everything was spotless.

The hotel is in a short walking distance to the market, shopping centre as well as the centre of town. Staff are very friendly, smiley and they do try their best to help you out. The hotel definitely needs a bathroom update. It was also very noisy (no insulation as old hotel) at night with the bakery next door baking as well as the hotel located on the main road so traffic noise. Not a huge breakfast but it will fill you up; the range is just enough. Coffee, even though from the machine, was not great at all.

Very pleasant experience, would definitely come back

Great location, great price, the staff was wonderful and the room and property were very clean. The rooms were a good size for an innercity our only complaint was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The beds were as hard as laying on a board. In addition please note that there is no AC.

No frills hotel, very basic. Good location. Everything needs updating.

The hotel was great. The only issue was a bakery next door that opens only during the night. Very loud at night with people. Night meaning 2-3am

This is a simple and old fashioned hotel, but room was very clean, bed was comfortable (though 2 singles, but that's common in Portugal), shower was fine. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and there was even a decent breakfast. All in all, for the amount you pay you couldn't ask for more.

A really good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The position is not so far from centre and there is near the hotel a bakery open almost all the night with a very good and cheap sweets and buns. The only thing not so good is, for the people higher than 1.75, the bed: is short and you must sleep with the feet outside...but the climate is not so bad. The breakfast is also good
