My stay in Cedar Hill was very good

Did not clean the room or make up bed. Had to request towels , linen and made my own bed. Carpet not vacuumed because there was skittles on the floor when we checked in and was still there. Complained to staff one gentleman was apologetic but the manager just walked around on his cell phone . First time staying at that hotel and it’ll be my last time staying with holiday inn express.

I guess because we were on the first floor. Liked having a microwave and fridge. But there was no water in room. Bathroom floors extremely slippery when wet. Had to keep a towel on the floor.

It would have been a better rating if we didn’t have to get our keys re-carded at least two to three times a day. This was very irritating because we had go all the way back downstairs then come back up to try the key that would not work
