A wonderful oasis - indeed a pearl like structure of overarching large bamboo struts - in the bustle of the horse and cart transportation system of Gili T! A ?10 minute walk with our cases from the area around the ‘port’ where the ferries arrive/ leave; we used a horse and cart ride to go back. At the quieter end of the road and upmarket - though there is more development happening of course! No disturbance though. Accommodation was spacious and our choice of suites with a private pool (for 4 rooms) was a good one. The restaurant was a gem. Breakfast was a la carte and included bakery items that were the real deal- think Paris boulangerie- and fruit. Cappuccino’s even had ‘art’ on surface. Food selection for dinner was excellent, as was presentation and taste. We rate it all highly! And every staff member was smiling, courteous and had a sense of humor.

The pool runs out of towels daily. There is never anywhere to sit at the pool because all seats are taken. The door sqeeeks all night long in the wind.
The staff is amazing! The hotel is very clean. The food here is excellent. The location is very good.

Amazing Hotel, 5/5!! We loved the room, the pool and the direct access to the Beach. Sunbeds for Free if you stayed at the hotel incl. beach towels.
Staff were really helpfull and they did everything so We felt at Home.
Spacious rooms was perfect to unpack.

I couldn't fault this property. Close enough to everything, but far enough to be away from the bar noise. Only wish I stayed longer. Will definitely be back. Stayed in the Lumbung Suites.

Very close to the harbour (around 8min walk) with great sunrise in the morning and a private beach. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is good! Only downside was the wifi in our room which would keep dropping

The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. The really enjoyed our breakfast every day and also being able to either choose the beach or pool area to lounge at and be served drinks/food from the resort. It is a great location real close to main town center area which was really convention for dinner and going out at night.

The hotel itself was good. Great infrastructure, good swimming pool, and nice looks.
Despite all the good first impression, the hotel breakfast was really disappointing. Not having a buffet is understandable in these areas, but allow guests to have a proper breakfast, not one that seems to be served in a backpacker hotel.

The property is very well maintained. It's close enough to everything, but far enough from the noisy downtown. The property's beach is also very nice.

stayed here a few times th only thing that should be improved is the brekfast thats included in some deals is very basic selection egg on toast 1 free orange juice and 1 coffee quite a smal meal the other 2 options are also small pretty shabby compared to other places on the island

Property was very well situated at the end of the 'strip' on the east side of Gili Trawangan which meant the location was quiet at night as it was far enough away from the late night bars/clubs. Overall condition of the property was fair although I wouldnt say the sliding doors in the rooms are very secure as they didnt shut tight - although there was a small safety deposit box in the room. The bathrooms are outside (but covered) so be aware they do not have air conditioning, although they are spacious. Breakfast was okay with a selection of continental and cooked english breakfast options.
We didnt use the pool facilities or the bar on site as it was more expensive than surrounding bars but these higher prices are common in all hotels.

We had the Cottage with Ocean view- which was amazing.

Paradise on earth! Everything at this resort is just perfect. The staff is smiling and super friendly. (Alon at the pool bar is number one :) It is located at just outside the main party/busy area, so everything quiet and calm.

Everything was OK. They changed our room doing an upgrade to another better room, justifying it with annual maintenance of the rooms. This was not true, we saw no maintenance and the room we booked was lived by guests. We suppose they just did overbooking. We would have preferred our original room, cheaper, but bigger with also a bath outside. Anyway the room we had was ok.
