It was ok. But they need to remodel. The floors were cracked and the shower needs maintenance too.

Car entrance is in the corner and not very clear. I waited there for several minutes, and as no one opened the gate I thought I was in the wrong entrance. I had to drive a very long way to comeback to the same entrance. It was raining and I had to get out of the car and ask a cleaning lady to open the gate. It seems the person in charge was not available.

Overall good. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently and has a very modern and sleek interior design. Very clean, rooms very comfortable and nice. Only observation is that there seemed to be various leaks due to rains. Staff was very attentive and gentle.

I had a business meeting with a client who parked his car through the hotel valet, and the valet attendant crashed my client’s car, the hotel did not assist nor made itself responsible aa it was outsourced to an third party. Terrible careless experience.

Center location. But it’s very loud, seems that there is some bar or restaurant near by(not sure), about round 4:00 am you could hear the music ..very annoying and could fall asleep. The breakfast was great

The hotel is perfectly well located, but in recent years, under the pretext of the pandemic, they provide very limited service, no bathrobes, no slippers, no hand towel the sheets and pillows in very poor condition, no They give it the necessary maintenance.

The hotel was Very clean but the service especially in the restaurant was unpleasant. On all three times that I ate there the service was bad since I had to get out of my chair to get service from my waiter, multiple times.

The place is nice, there is a nice atmosphere and is located close to restaurants and convenience stores. However, there is a slight lack of maintenance.
