Nice hotel and has an excellent staff! The location is very convenient, walkable, and with plenty of options for eating nearby. They also give you free water to keep you hydrated, which was very important for me to not spend money on that. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast options, I kind of expected more from it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Lima. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. This is a property with a particular design and construction that is not confortable for people above 60. Rooms are small and bathroom too. Quality of breakfast is fair. A few options for celiac that were offer immediately. However It is the first time during the trip I had an episode of gluten intolerance. Apparently was the natural yogurt without sugar. We arrived at midnight and the bellboy at the front door did not move one piece of his body to help us. My husband asked him to help me with the luggage. Receptionist was very friendly but it is the first time I have to fill out a form at the receptionist of a hotel, apparently because they try to prevent trafficking (fair). We arrived to the room and the lights were on (weird) and the facial soap without wrapping (weird) Coffee was set only for one person (we request more) Uncomfortable place in the closer for the coffee machine. Room was cold if you do not have the black out shoes down. Shower was ample and with good pressure. Mattress was confortable as well. In general the staff was quick to response and eager to help. Not the best hotel for people above 60 years old. But thank you for all the recommendations regarding shopping and transportation.

The staff were professional, courteous and very helpful in regard to any of our needs. The accommodations were excellent, always clean, as well as throughout the hotel premises. There were many delicious food options around the hotel, as well as the restaurant, located on the premises. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the Miraflores area, and just a short walk to the coast. Definitely a hotel I will return to.

It was pretty nice and quiet clean the area. We were really close to all the shopping and food dining rooms restaurants.

The women who checked me in was not friendly at all, I believe her name was fresia. The only reason I know her name is because I had another issue and had to ask her what her name was so I could submit this. A local friend dropped off a gift to me at the front desk and when I returned from dinner she was at the front desk. I asked her if someone dropped something fior me, she instantly said there is nothing here so maybe check in your room. I did, and it wasn’t there so I had to go back down. She THEN went in the room to the right of the food bar and found it! She is lazy, unfriendly and un hospitable. She left a very bad taste in my mouth for the Aloft and Bonvoy brands.

I'd like to recommend the hotel gets the published information correctly. They don't have airport shuttle service for a fee. Also, there is no laundry facility for self serviced laundry.

it would be amazing if the hotel can provide a lock/changing room with shower for guest to fresh up after check out.
