Staff were super helpful. Carried my suitcase to my room for me. My room was very clean and the bedding and mattress really comfortable. The single bedroom I stayed in was a good size and the bathroom modern and also very clean

The rooms was clean and functional. Everything worked and there were no issues with the bathroom. The only thing that let it down was the stained pillows. Staff were friendly as were the other guests. The Hotel is in a good location for the shopping centre, theatre and pubs. Beach is just 2 minutes walk and there are eating establishments close by, literally around the corner.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms are very deceiving. The hotel needs a lot of TLC. My room, advertised as "deluxe double", was extremely basic. I'm not sure what could constitute the use of the word deluxe. The bathroom was very clean/maybe recently refurbished. The air con system was broken but a stand up fan was provided. The tray for the tea making supplies was broken, such a simple change would make all the difference. The kettle was covered in a thick layer of dust and there was a cigarette burn in my duvet cover. The bed was comfortable however and I slept well until I was awoken by the very loud seagulls - which I know can't be helped! I used the online check in. Customer service on arrival was lacking. I was just handed a key and told my room number. I was not given any other information such as wifi (which didn't work), how to get to my room or the fact that breakfast was not being served. I found all this out from friends who were also staying at the hotel. CHECK PARKING INFORMATION - we were told that the £2.20 (very reasonable) parking permit would be valid until Monday morning from Saturday lunchtime. We the got a parking fine. When we went back to the hotel to enquire we were told they could not help and we would need to speak to the manager but the staff member wouldn't tell us the manager's name. Still need to resolve this issue!

We arrived before 10pm, but didn’t get the room we’ve booked. There were shower curtains for window curtains and the light and television wasn’t working (couldn’t watch the Euros…) The lady at reception couldn’t solve it and we tried contacting the accomodation but didn’t get any response. Do not recommend.

Dropped a milk in corner of room picked it up and some dirt and fluff was attached to it . But apart from that it was very clean . Very modern . Was described as delux double but not sure why as only difference seems to be a fan . Was a smaller space than imagined . The lift broke down for last two days . It was stuck on -1.lady was very friendly and service 100 per cent . The shower was a bit feeble .

What they advertised isn't what you will see when you get there. I was very disappointed.The interior of the building isn't in a good shape. Found hair on the bed, doubt they had changed bed linen. Broken trays. Dirty carpets.Shaking windows,just to mention a few. However I would like to comment that the bathrooms were neat and tidy.

A very welcoming hotel. Really lovely staff and excellent customer service. The communal areas are due to be refurbished but the bedrooms have already been updated and are clean, modern and comfortable. Well located too.

The hotel was very scruffy and our room was not as per photos. The bed was comfy and clean, but the side light didnt work and mismatch curtains.
