We were so impressed with this hotel. It was one of the cleanest we've ever visited. The room was large enough for 2 old folks, and the beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tupelo, MS.

Everything was nice, I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. The ladies down front were amazing. So sweet and helpful.

This hotel was very well kept up. Clean inside and out. Only issue that we had was there wasn't any soap in the shower dispenser. Very quiet hotel and good breakfast as well! I would stay there again in the future.

We had the breakfast only until 9 am instead of 10:30 am i also wanted the room clean in 411 but not able to because of staff shortage

The baseboards in this room haven’t been cleaned in a very loooooong time. The tub doesn’t drain.

Very nice hotel. Spent a quiet night and had a good breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room smelt like mold then we found the mold it was in the bathroom around the tub. The bathroom had not been swept. We slept well even though.

I will say the sheets were clean. But there was mold on the ceiling, the bathtub drained very slow, mold on the shower curtain, barely any hot water, and the pressure was weak. The doors were also visibly dirty. Breakfast was meh. The waffle machine was broken. No other hot drink options. I drink hot tea, not coffee. The front desk person didn’t seem to know what she was doing and not at all friendly.

We got in late and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I accidentally got the A/C down to 60 degrees which is incredible. Amazing Air Conditioner. We had breakfast and it was good. Oh and the pool is very nice.

Service at front desk was excellent, and at first glance, the room appeared to be clean. However, when we tried the shower, we found that the trip lever on the drain was missing and the water would not drain properly. Upon pulling up the drain cover to try to make the water drain faster, we found there was a build up of hair attached to it (Gross!)
There was no towel bar for hand towel and no kind of toiletries offered. There wasn’t even a bag for dirty laundry.
There was what appeared to be black mold looking stuff on the inside of the shower curtain.
The air conditioner made noises all night.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was clean & cool. There is plenty of grass for my pups to walk on. Everyone was friendly & nice. The pool was perfect to relax in. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was nice, but room was not very clean. Comforters had stains on them. Shower curtain had what appeared to be mold all over it (black spots). We stayed her a couple years ago and it was much cleaner. I don’t think we will stay here again.

Nice spacious room. We loved that it was a close drive to everything. We loved the downtown area so decided to stay for a second night.

The hotel was “ok”. We requested adjoining rooms but were placed at completely different ends of the hallway. The front desk lady was rude and unpleasant. However the breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
