The hotel is a 2 min walk to main beach. It has a Thai style bathroom but is clean and nice. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They are always available and ready to help.

This small hotel lies in a turn of the main road, literally 20-25 metres from the beach.
The receptionist is probably the nicest person we have met so far in any hotel in Thailand. Se took us in hand from the fort moment we came in the door and saw us onward when we left.The hotel itself is a smaller, the premises are nice and breakfast is served outside. The pool was being repaired, but with the sea jus outside, this was not a problem. Rooms are small without being miniscule. We had a choice of two different ones. There is a possibility to shower and change on your day of checkout, so catching the last ferry (at 1700) gave us a whole extra day on the beach.
Will definitely come again, next time on Samet island.

Fantastic location... Great service and clean hotel with everything avaliable to have fun on the beach. Try to get rooms facing the beach 🏖.

Small thai style hotel. Manager felt a bit controlling but friendly service.
When you check in you get a lecture about the island and surely get to now if you stain the sheet you will pay. For every item in the room

Excellent location, right at the end of Sai Kaew beach, just accross the road.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room large, clean and we had a sea view.
Breakfast good, especially the omlettes.
Can hire a moped from here - might be a little more pricey, but no fuss, no leaving passport or deposit.
Fully recommend the Hotel.

A quiet hotel with great location. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The town ccentre and beaches easily accesisble by foot or local transport from outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spotless and comfortable. On-site shop for everyday neccessities. Great location for an evening drink on the terrace by the rooms or on the properties street front bar area. Definitely recommend

Excellent simple hotel in a great location. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Very clean, great beaches nearby, and the AC and water pressure were sufficient. Tons of restaurants within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Well-maintained property, which is a plus - as many of the hotels on Koh Samet are a little run down.
It's at the end of Hat Sai Kaew Beach, so everything is walkable.
The breakfast was nice and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and would gladly stay again.

Good location on the side of the main beach. Not too noisy but convenient. Walkable distance from the center via the main road which is next to the hotel. Really helpful, happy and friendly staff. And really good breakfast. In the room we would've liked to have a place to keep our bags other than the floor (bench etc.).
We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place!

The location of the hotel is very good on the island. You don't need a motorbike an can walk to all the main beach, restaurants, attractions.
The breakfast with see view is very good.
The Team is just amazing and is really helpful in any situation.
We were really super happy even if the rooms are not the super standing, everything you need is there and there are a lot of details that makes your stay very comfortable.
I recommend this hotel.

Ideally situated on Koh Summed. The staff and in particular the manageress simply could not do enough for you. my second visit to this hotel and if I go back I will stay again.

We stayed this hotel for one night.
A lady hotel staff recommended to us a good restaurant on the beach and she gave us 10% discount card. It was a nice restaurant and we could watch the fire dance show from there. All staffs were very kind to us, so I will definitely stay this hotel when I visit the island again!!
