This is my 3rd time staying in this fine hotel. Staff were really friendly and a great welcoming. The hotel is really great, and clean.
I have previously had rooms on the 5th and 6th floor. This time it was the 7th floor, and I must say that I'll never accept staying on this floor again. The noise each morning from the restaurant above was loud! The last morning at my stay we were woken up at 5AM of things being loudly dropped on the floor, vacuum cleaning and other noises.
I'll gladly stay in this hotel on other floors, but if I'm ever offered to stay on the 7th floor again, I'll immediately find another hotel. I'm disappointed that having a superior room resulted in less comfort than booking a cheaper room.

Excellent location and very quiet room. For me the bed was too hard but the pillows were ok. The room had no space/desk to work at so if you need a place to work while you're in Vienna this would not be the right hotel. Totally fine if you just need somewhere to sleep though. Breakfast was OK - limited choice but decent quality, but rather overpriced for what was on offer.

The cleaning on the 6 floors was bad floors durty and no flilling up with towels. All 3 days. Normally the standart is higher.

Nice stay next to Vienna City Center. Breakfast very good with a lot of variety; various eggs can be ordered seperately.
VIP treatment used to have an excellent dinner at restaurant in 8th floor.
Be aware that the pool being at 23degrees and Outdoor; not refreshing at 5 degrees outside temperature.

Cute hotel, nice breakfast, tiny swimming pool. The service is 50/50 - had to ask 3 times to bring new coffee capsules and tea bags, after all just bought at a store, the same at the restaurant- slow response.

The room was quite dusty, it was more apparent when we switched off/on the bedside table lamp, we could see dust flying around. Our noses quickly become stuffy whenever we were in the room. But I must say the room was overall clean.
The room layout was also weird, basin and shower was positioned in the bedroom and toilet was in its own room.
Hotel location was ok, about 15mins walk from the main sightseeing area and restaurants.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was in a great location and very easy to walk to the museums and places we wanted to visit. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed dinners in both restaurants and enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. All three were very enjoyable and I would recommend them.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great rooftop, the pool has a cool view of the city and is perfect for lounging on a hot day. Service was excellent.

Rooms are small however very clean and tidy. Beware of 1st floor rooms as it is above the kitchen’s restaurant and very smelly.
