Rooms are ok, had a family connecting room. Front desk crew members are really always “in their own time world, no greetings nor a smile even when they are not attending to any guest. Except for 1 particular morning whereby we see some “big shots” around the hotel then suddenly their attitude towards guests walking in and out is full of smile and greetings
Lounge service is really nothing fantastic for a 5-star hotel. Was here 4yrs ago, my husband and I had such a great time with the lounge crews that brings us back this time. But those crews are no longer around, the welcoming feelings are gone.
The only service department worth mentioning is the concierge service. From the moment we step into the hotel, we were treated with warm welcome by Daniel. Even through out the stay he shows his hospitality genuinely. Another note worth mentioning is the whole team support in assisting us to rectify and ship back some items we left at the previous Hilton hotel. It was really hassle-free, great applause to the whole team.
Breakfast was really not very worth mentioning, 4 days straight with same varieties of food can be kinda boring. At least other hotels visited still bothers to change 1-2 dishes everyday for the novelty.

We stayed one night as we were celebrating my birthday in London and staying at the Hilton London Brankside made it feel really special. The room was large, very clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable and we had the surprise of finding it “turned out” with slippers and Good night paper mat by the side, when we got in after our celebrations.
We found out the sound proofing was really good because there was a crying baby next door and only realised once in the corridor.
I would very happily stay again and the location is very good too.

Excellent staff on the reception (Aman during the check in supported us in a very kind manner) good service during breakfast, overall nice rooms. The location is not easy to get with public transportation. 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

Allocated a disabled room on arrival which is so frustrating when you are able bodied 6ft 3 inch and the facilities are low with grab handles and no walk in shower

Great location if you are travelling from Gatwick by train, near to 2xTube stations too.

Manager in the middle of a busy dinning room over not having signed a form to partake of breakfast!
If you decide to include breakfast on check in, make sure you sign the form to avoid a similar embarrassing incident.

Nice big rooms, comfy bed, large and powerful shower, very clean, modern and quiet rooms. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Nice bar. Loads around the hotel in terms of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants. 10 min walk to borough market, 5 mins to Southwark and 15 to Waterloo. But despite a lot around the hotel it was quiet, calm and felt safe walking around. Would come back here again as so nice and very convenient.

Really nice hotel, well located for the City, Southbank and West End. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the rooms are well presented. The hotel is also quiet at night so you dont get distrubed.

Room was lovely, check in was easy. No complaints regarding the property, location or efficient service.
Only criticism would be applying a £1 service charge to every drink for spending 4-5 seconds to pour it. If people sit in and have table service thats fine, but a walk up bar order is taking thw mick..

Great staff and all mod cons provided in room. However the decor is so dark and the lights were so dim it was difficult to apply makeup or to pack the suitcases. There are no power points for hair dryers next to any of the mirrors. The mattress was uncomfortable as it sagging on both sides and needed to be replaced. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation and there is construction noise during business hours

Luxury hotel in near perfect condition. Spacious rooms. Lots of London sites, shopping and dining within a short walk. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Our stay at the Hilton London Bankside was exceptional. This was our first time in London, and staying at the Hilton Bankside made it all worthwhile and we expect to visit again. We are especially glad that our breakfast was included because each day the breakfast was outstanding🤗

The property is relatively new and modern. The rooms are spacious. The property is close to some London attractions, such as the London Tower, the Tower Bridge, and the Shard. The staff were quite polite. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast.

Only a few minutes walk to the borough market and a few minutes to the major attractions. It is in a quieter area, which we enjoyed.
The only, and I say ONLY two suggestions: 1- I’d say is to invest in a heated pool. We enjoyed having access to the pool but the water was too cold to enjoy.
2 - Maybe some snacks in the lounge besides coffee and soft drinks during the day.
