Couch was worn and stained; hair dryer needed to be replaced; barn door to shower room needed great effort to close/open, roller/track was broken

We booked a king suite but when we arrived at the property we were told that they were overbooked on kings and had to put us into a two queen room. This was not an ideal situation especially since I booked this hotel based on the king room availability.
Service was very friendly, even checking in at midnight the staff was cheery and engaging.
Fitness room was cramped, but functional.
Pool and hot tub were great.

The room was very nice but the ac wasn’t working properly so they moved us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not set up well. It’s in a cramped area with terrible traffic flow, the food and selection wasn’t great, and the staff couldn’t keep up.

Room had a weird smell when first walking in, but other than that, everything was good.
Hotel reception Curtis and Dave were awesome and very helpful.
Love that the room had a microwave & small fridge. Also breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Waffle maker was a plus!

Everyone was great and and we enjoyed the food and facilities. We did encounter a couple of issues however things were dealt with in a professional manner. We would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, except when we came there was no hot meat , they brought it like 15 minutes later, when we was almost done eating, would appreciate to have it to be ready when it’s breakfast time. Great place to stay!

Asked for rooms next to each other and then I asked again when checking in and they were not together. Breakfast space too small.
