This is the best hostile I have ever stayed at. If you're a solor traveler go here, everyone gets together outside and goes out site seeing and to the bars and clubs and dinners. Life long friends are made on these grounds. It's also REALLY CLEAN! AND everyone is respectful of eachother here too

The place was clean, nice and cozy. Also close to the palace. It also served a simple breakfast, a nice way to start the day. If you are coming from the bus station, you may want to call or email in advance to get directions. There is an easy way to get to the hotel and goole does not direct you to the easy way.

Stayed in Room D2 for 4 nights. I was very late arriving at the hotel thanks to my train arriving 40 minutes late. I had kept in touch with the reception and kindly stayed until I arrived at 10.50 pm. The room is one of the cleanest, artful, well designed and equipped I've ever used. There are two bunks stayed against one wall, solidly built with a privacy light, shelf for personal items and an electric point. Each person also has a drawer under the bed and a tall cabinet to store clothing. The room even has two chairs, a table and a TV. Never seen a TV in a dorm room before. The bathroom had a walk in shower, toilet, basin and a hairdryer. Breakfast was provided. Options were cereal, fruits, tea and coffee. There's standard brewed coffee, but they also have an espresso machine that uses capsules. That machine made a decent espresso. The kitchen also has a microwave and two fridges which you can use to store stuff. The kitchen is also the common area with a long lounge settee and a TV. You can even have your food outside too as there's seating there as well. Location wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes downhill walk to the historic centre and 20 to the trains or bus station. The staff are fantastic. They're friendly and helpful. The staff, the rooms and the facilities are excellent. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Hostel Dvor would stay again.

The hostel was located <10 minute walk from the main tourist area, shopping, restaurants and pubs, and the waterfront, and is located in a nice, quiet, local neighbourhood. The double room with shared bathroom was very clean, comfortable, and secure. The AC worked well, however the satellite tv ‘had problems with the signal’; I got to practise my Italian, as those were the only four channels that worked. Wifi worked excellent throughout the location. Ferry terminal, airport shuttle bus, and bus station are >15 minute walk away. Local buses and taxis are closer.

I was impressed by this location. I was expecting a old and maybe hectic hostel. This was place was like an upgraded college dorm. It was vert clean. The 4 bed room had a lot of storage space. Bathroom was clean wirh great water pressure. The aircon worked and kept the roon cool at night. Staff was welcoming and nice

I stayed a few nights in a 4 bed dorm room. The staff is helpful and efficient, the included breakfast is a nice touch, everything was clean and well cared for. Highly recommend.

TV connects to Netflix. Luggage lockers are big, room is clean, A/C works, and towels are provided. Wish there was a blanket or comforter, just a flat sheet to sleep under.

A short 10 minute walk to the central harbour and central station to take buses to different cities, a 5 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores and the main shopping street. The location was in a very quiet neighbourhood and the rooms were super clean and up to standard. Comfortable bed and clean toilets. For the price per night this was the perfect place. The owner was especially lovely and very friendly, answered quickly to any questions, even suggested many places to see and tourist offices with great deals. Gave very easy instructions to find the hostel. Breakfast was simple but perfect for a quick coffee before heading out for the day. Will for sure be staying here again on my next visit to Split!

Excellent- next level in a hostel experience. I was reluctant when there weren’t many reviews & they were all 5 stars. I even went to the property first to view it. It’s perfect. All the things you wish you could have even at a hotel stay. Clean clean clean and soooo comfy. Breakfast?! Yes! No extra fees?! Amazing. Huge locker with towels. Clean bedding. Awesome shower. Can’t say enough good about this place. I booked 3 more nights after the first. Thank you team Dvor. Perfect stay!!

The room is very clean with working air conditioning. There is no fridge in the room. U have to use the shared kitchen. Breakfast is served from 8am onwards. Coffee is free between 8am to 1pm. The receptionist is very kind. Easy to check out. Location is excellent near to the ferry and the bronze city map. Towels are provided which is good.

We had a great stay at hostel Dvor, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning unit. They advertised aircon on the website however when we got there we noticed it had been set to 23 degrees. I tried to speak to reception to ask if we could put it down as it was actually cooler outside than it was in our room but they advised that we shouldn’t need it any less and refused to put it down. This was their only downfall, everything else was spotless. If advertising aircon, they should specify that it is set at 23 degrees.
