Rooms are not properly displayed on your website. It is much smaller than seen in the photos. No lighting in the staircase and it is the only access to the upper floors. Very noisy into the early morning hours. No one seemed to care.

What made my stay great where the friendly atmosphere, and all the help I got, about arranging trips.

This is a great little family run hotel located near the center of Ushuaia,close to everything...The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. They went out of the way to help us out, even allowing us to hang out and store our bags there after returning from another excursion. They made us feel like family. I would definitely book there again should I return to Ushuaia.

This is a great little family run hotel located near the center of Ushuaia,close to everything...The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Rosa is pleasant to stay in. The breakfast is average, the staff are friendly, the room clean. I even had a view. It is about four blocks up the hill from the shore but that is no big deal. The location is pleasant and quiet.

We loved Ushuaia & were relatively happy with the hotel. Downhill walk to the center of town, but took the taxi back as it was a pretty steep 9 blocks uphill. Service was professional (though not especially warm.) Breakfast was a little sparse, but the hotel was overall a nice economy choice.
